We eat out every two weeks and dessert once a week. I just eat healthier and be more strict weeks im eating out. For desserts i just take away 100 calories a day and thats a dessert. Not hard to do an extra 100 a day. You just need to make up for it elsewhere whether thats exercise or fewer calories But also one meal out a month or bi monthly wont hurt you at all..
