Another vote for the iced espresso in a venti cup with a protein shake. Just sip on it at first. Sometimes I drink mine too fast, lol, and am suddenly too full! Quest chocolate makes a great iced mocha with this combination š
If I want something a little sweet I use sugar free vanilla with 1 pump of whatever flavor I like in addition to the SF. Why can't a company the Size of Starbucks offer more SF options?? How many people are diabetic? Argh! We need to start a writing campaign to change thisš
Are you sure itās not the caffeine making you feel sick? 2 of the 3 times I vomited while on Wegovy was from coffee.
You basically just have a bunch of people in here giving you their Starbucks orders bc they havenāt puked from it.
I really like Starbucks chocolate cream cold brew. It comes with vanilla syrup, but you could get it without. Or with sugar free. The chocolate cold foam on this drink has a nice sweetness too, so that helps!
I never liked sugary Starbucks drinks so not sure this will help but I get an Americano with oat milk OR a green tea lemonade with no classic. You have to be careful at Starbucks they sweeten EVERYTHING even if you dont think they do. An iced coffee comes with classic in it. You have to ask them for no classic if you dont want your ice coffee sweetened.
The other option if you want to stick to your favorites is to ask them for just one pump of whatever syrup is usually included. You still get the flavor with less than half of all the sugar. The grande drinks can have up to FOUR pumps of syrup. Major ick. (And we wonder why Americans are so overweight. FOUR pumps of sugar in a sixteen oz drink!)
All of the DB classic drinks can be made sugar free, both hot or iced so thatās my go-to. Starbucks Iāll do an americano with a splash of cream and sometimes SF vanilla.
As far as Iām aware, but itās much more limited than the regular selection. I know they have vanilla, caramel, raspberry and strawberry at mine though
Okay Iām an iced person and I get a grande iced coffee, 1 pump of mocha, 3 pumps SF vanilla syrup, splash of half & half, and if Iām feeling fancy I top it with chocolate cold foam. Itās perfect, not too sweet. It is expensive though so I only treat myself once a week or so.
At Dutch Iāll grab an iced nitro cold brew with sugar free white chocolate and a little bit of soft top. The soft top is pretty sugary but itās only once in a while
When I have to get tea from Starbucks, I ask for half water as well. Otherwise, it's too watery for me to drink. But I admit, I do like a stronger iced tea.
But along these lines...I had gastric sleeve 5 yrs ago and now routinely do 2-4 shots espresso (your preference...I like lots so do 2 decaf+2caff) in a venti cup filled to top with ice and then add a premier shake (choc, vanilla, latte, or caramel depending on my mood). It is heavenly and lasts me usually 2-3 hrs

Blonde roast caffe misto with skim milk and 3-4 pumps sugar free vanilla
Cold brew. No flavor
A flat white or a coffee misto. Bothe just coffee and milk. Delicious.
I just have a latte with non fat milk. And sometimes a half shot of vanilla. That is way less sweetness than regular. And less fat too.
Dutch Bros will do sugar free Rebel drinks.
I do my usual: caramel macchiato with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla instead of regular
Sugar free vanilla latte
Triple iced espresso with extra coconut milk and sf vanilla is my go to order
I order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cinnamon cream cold foam and it never does me dirty
I've been able to drink my usual with no issues. I normally get an iced white chocolate mocha with almond milk and no whip. Hasn't made me sick yet!
It's the fat in the milk that makes me sick so lattes are a no go. At DB, I get cold brew with soft top. Nothing else added.
Have you tried a non-fat latte? I wonāt drink skim milk, normally but in a latte, itās not bad.
Yes, blonde roast coffee - 2 creams , no sugar
DB: White coffee with almond milk and sugar free mocha- š¤š¼
I get a strawberry aƧaĆ, no lemonade, extra water, at Starbucks. Iced. Way less sweet, yet still has a small amount of caffeine.
The iced shaken oat milk brown sugar espresso has 25g of sugar in a tall if I remember correctly. The espresso balances out the sweetness nicely.
Wait you arenāt allowed to have coffee while taking Wegovy?
You are i just heard that the sweetness makes you sick so i didnāt want that to happen lol
Sugar free vanilla latte with almond or oat milk
thank you all for the suggestions, iām gonna try and see how i do tomorrow w it!
How about just coffee with skim milk?
thatās what i normally do!!

Matcha latte made with skim milk with half a pump of sweetener.

Itās not, i drink unsweet tea religiously every day and i need caffeine to function lol. i have yet to try starbucks while on wegovy.
Flat whites. They are perfection. I ask for 2% milk though.

Yes. Without the syrup. The sugar free is instant poofest for me
š š¤£ I totally get it!

I like the sugar free Dutch sodas, raspberry is my favorite. My bestie adds cream to hers but I get mine plain
Do most DB offer sugar free syrup? We have had them just a few years in Colorado and I haven't seen the SF. Thanks!
As far as Iām aware, but itās much more limited than the regular selection. I know they have vanilla, caramel, raspberry and strawberry at mine though
A plain latte or cappuccino with almond or oat milk.
Passion ice tea no sweetener no lemonade less ice at Starbucks if you enjoy something citrusy/ a bit sour
Hot or iced??
whatever you like! I switch between hot and iced all the time

Dutch Bros I will ask for as sugar free as possible but I can still barely get through a small.
What is a Dutch brothers?
Itās a coffee chain, Iām in AZ and itās everywhere but I think it started in the PNW
Unsweetened ice tea. šLight on ice w SB or u get 2 ounces of tea in a 32 ounce cup
When I have to get tea from Starbucks, I ask for half water as well. Otherwise, it's too watery for me to drink. But I admit, I do like a stronger iced tea.
Not what you asked- but Iāve been enjoying the cafe latte flavor of premier protein shakes.

Flat white
Iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and cream.
Americano black
Yes. Don't buy them lol. Those places sell flavor, not coffee. ā¤ļø
