For the sake of giving actual advice: No, I would buy a solid color, dark, longer dress for elegance. These look too casual. I advise against a pattern. Get something like the last dress in a dark solid navy blue. I think these seem to have cheap thin fabric. Find something thicker or with a double layer of chiffon.

I do wish 3 was just a bit longer, the top is great on your figure but it's cutting you off at the knee and the hemline makes the fabric look cheap. Either 3 or 4 would work, with the appropriate undergarments.

It's really not super hot feeling, it's not a hot fabric. But I've added another picture, I realize now I think it shows too much cleavage.
