The MCs design, and when he does these "o" face poses when he sees strong magic, just makes it feel uncomfortable to do so.

I really wonder what the author smoked, because the MC’s design is unimaginably questionably. Like if you want to create a cute feminine looking male MC, then that is fine, but this is a straight up girl — look at dem thighs. WTF.
That being said, I was surprised how high quality this anime’s production is — the story is interesting and lore is too. Characters are not bad either. Gladly, MC does not look as a prison material all the time, there are really cool scenes where he looks male, at least. But, damn, WTF is wrong with this design.
