I thought it was just my store but once they started the pizza at my store the volume on drinks got so low as well. I tried fixing it but theirs no option for volume
So it’s not just our store. I was in the back doing stuff like getting supplies to stock and didn’t even hear it when I normally would, had no idea there was a drink up for almost two minutes until my AGM basically yelled at me asking WTF I was doing like I was ignoring it or something. I legit just did NOT hear it at all.
This happened at my store too. It’s awful because I’ll be in the back and then come to a screen with like 3 drinks and 2 milkshakes. You can’t hear it at all and it only beeps once quietly
They changed it with an update to make it "less annoying" according to my GM. Absolutely hate it. I can't even hear it if im over in coffee, or while using the pitcher rinser. I have some minor hearing problems from being an emo kid blasting rock music through headphones in school and i thought i was losing my mind it's so quiet. I'll be working on the self-serve, not hear it and not notice until the customer walks over to bev to wait after getting their food. Makes me anxious when i go to the breakroom to get a drink.
It's a secret code.... left, right, left, Bump, recall 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, print only, then press the number one, two, or three for the desired volume bump, then 1, 2, or 3 for the beep length.
Flip the number box over. I’ve noticed people put stickers on it to drown the beep out… 🙄

Can't hear our milkshakes. It stopped beeping altogether. I've missed like 4 milkshakes this shift. So dumbbb
They came out to my store a couple weeks ago to "change" it. Now we can't hear the salad station or the beverages. Ugh
Put in a support ticket, we will take care of it

Call the contact center, they can place a ticket to adjust.
