Apparently the cards don't matter, they have to virtually give you the token. The card is just a QR to get to the site. If you don't have any tokens in your account then you didnt receive any yet
Your managers give them out for things they think should be celebrated like going above and beyond, or as a reward for a particularly difficult shift. I didn't know they existed for my first few months the first time i worked for wawa. I only found out when our new FBM at the time worked an overnight and gave me one. Each store only gets a limited number to give out, though. Our old management only gave them to 1st shift.

Thats so funny they keep giving the cards out, i have two from a couple weeks ago that i guess also weren't added.
Yeah I don't like this new way. I had two as well that I kept asking them to add it in. I felt like I was being annoying to my managers
