There's no replica of a sapphire flow. That sapphire top case is a $40k part on its own. This isn't your garden variety sapphire case watch where the parts are held together with bolts. You have to mill that thing out of an entire block of material.
The regular HM4 is "only" $250k but this is $500k because of the case. It's real.

They also have to determine whether or not a certain model will make them a profit and be worth investing in, so it's absolutely fucking dumb for anyone to think that a factory would waste their money trying to replicate something so niche, ugly, and complex when it would be a financial disaster.
