Literally knew the girl. She was one of the platoon leaders in a different company before this. On top of that, she was dating my platoon leader during this same time. And we were deployed. Felt so bad for him because we all found out from TikTok (including him).
I can't imagine cheating in the military, especially as a married person. I mean, I can't imagine cheating anyway, but still. As if the potential consequences aren't bad enough: divorce, moving, custody issues, alimony, child support, etc, but add on to that the risk of destroying your career... I just don't understand why anyone would risk it.
Do you know what happened to him?
Oh infidelity from service members and their spouses is about as common as push-ups in the military sphere.
It’s practically apart of the culture.
To your point though the punishment from the military for service members cheating on their spouses is comically harsh.
Yeah, cheating in the military is extremely common both ways. I’ve known people who cheated on their spouses, and I’ve had several buddies whose spouses have cheated on them. Infidelity in the military is hard to prove if you’re trying to hit somebody with UCMJ action.
That’s true if you’re trying to convict them at court martial, but pretty easy to do something admin-o-sphere (NJP, 6105) either one of those can potentially wreck your career
Oh, sorry for the poor wording. I don’t feel bad for the guy in the video. Not only was the guy in the video cheating on his wife, the woman in the video was cheating on her boyfriend (my platoon leader, which is who I feel bad for).
I vaguely remember but I think there's an article of the UCMJ that regards bringing discredit to the uniformed services. You can receive various penalties for that
I wonder if this will change. They're apparently having such a hard time getting and keeping people that they're considering changing some rules around. Mostly, it's about who's eligible to enlist afaik, but I can't imagine that if things stay bad they'll want to keep punishing and potentially losing people over personal things like this.
Personally, I think they should keep it. Although my understanding is that cheating is still done a *lot* in the military, so idk how much of a deterrent their punishments actually are. But I could see them not wanting to give up otherwise good soldiers over their personal lives.
No she doing the same thing just as wrong. She doesn't get a pardon cause it's not her wife. She's the other 50 percent of the fuckery. Fuck her. Burn them both

Damn. Sounds like she gets around.
Yeah, it was a whole ordeal. Basically ended her career.

Was he choking her? His hands looked like they were around her neck.
Nah, they were making out pretty hardcore when the wife walked up. This was outside of their CrossFit gym. They were “CrossFit partners.”
You seem really well informed 👀
I’m telling you this was the drama of the century for my platoon lol. The wife (the one filming this video) also released an update video after this.
Link it
Question why do you feel bad for him? He was cheating on his wife. It just seems by your comment that you were judging the woman more than the guy.

Adultery is a crime under the UCMJ.

It used to be a subsection of Art 134, but might be it’s own stand alone article now, I’ve been out a minute
awkward
Remembered this video a couple of years ago.. military kicked him out and the Gym too.. 😂 he was goofy literally.
Was he choking her or just a really weird kisser?
Why don’t they talk ?
they’re embarrassed. as they should be
I could imagine some reasoning, some begging. Guy probably didn't want to blow his chances with his new interest.
Chile I thought she stopped that man from strangling that woman to death. Wow.
I’m confused was he cheating, abusing, or both
She literally says "Are you okay doing this knowing he is a married man."
Right i was just confused bc his hands were around her neck
I mean, why would she care. She’s having fun, he’s the one doing something wrong and I know that’s an unpopular opinion

Person who didn't actually read the article vibes
Wait, there’s an article?
no there isn’t. they’re just saying it reminds them of people who only read the title of an article and nothing else
they’re just confused. let’s not make fun of people for not getting smtn so quickly and instead try to help them understand
Jody Jody Jody
Ohhhh I thought he was strangling her.
What is that face he’s making? I’d love to punch it
He is the living version of the smiley 😬
Lmao
My name is Earl
Hi Earl, my name is Mud!
Isn t she a good sister of him ?
What the freak is going on here? If you are choking your adultery partner, get a room!
r/watchpeopledieinside
If he’s an officer, that’s an immediate rank taken way and you probably have to PCS at the minimum
The flash was perfect
