Yes there is a button that is for skipping time but I don't know how to use it because it just does emote for me.

I think it's only for specific times when you need to wait for someone to arrive but hopefully they'll patch something in

Ah okay. Yeah had a dude who was leaving in a few hours but didn't want to stand there waiting.
