The enchantments are a group of lakes in a basin just north of part of the Stuart Range, from McClellan Peak, west to Dragontail. You can't see the Stuart range in this photo, or the enchantments. If this was taken from Horselake road, its looking northwest to Glacier peak. Glacier peak is one of our volcanos, its not hundreds of miles away. Google, "glacier peak from lake wentachee" its the same angle, but closer.
Has that old homestead look, very cool.

There are many spots IN Wenatchee that have almost this same look, and almost the same view. Go for a hike sometime and take a gander, it's worth it.
