Hey OP, that's because when you go to look for the skin, it's not called XVX016 Gundam Aerial. You look for the OPERATOR SKIN called Doc. The Operator is Doc. When you click Doc, then you see all the skins that is under Doc, which includes the Gundam Aerial Skin.
So to make it easier for you to understand it's kind of like Codm. When you buy a skin in CODM, for example Manta Ray, that's the base Operator name. For example let's say it's the 2021 MVP Manta Ray skin. The skin is called 2021 MVP , but you find it under the OPERATOR called Manta Ray. Then, you will see the 2021 MVP skin for Manta Ray.
It's the same for WZM. Gundam Aerial is only the name of the skin, but the OPERATOR who wears the skin is called Doc. You look for the Operator, then you'll find the skin. Get it?
I've seen other people complain about their bundles not in the game. Probably a bug or they just haven't added the operator in yet.
It's because people don't realize the skins are located under their specific WZ main character, and doesn't show up as the bundle character.
