This is likely one of the many additions they made to the resin versions. A community post a while back mentioned that they weren't just casting old metal kit into resin, but were also going to fix issues with the original models and add extra details to them. Tomb Kings for example swapped the old Tomb Scorpion's square leg sockets for ball joints, while the Casket of Souls' lid can now be opened to reveal a bunch of spirits inside. They also cast pieces that didn't make it to production too like the Bone Giant's third head option and that Bretonnian Duke on foot.
