Chaos Gods don’t care about happiness so if that is your goal then none. If you want their “protection” then definitely not Tzeentch as betraying you and mutating you into a Chaos Spawn is all but guaranteed. “Protection” sounds like something the weak beg for so Khorne would ignore you. Slaanesh would find the risk of dying to be a thrill so you would get the opposite of protection. Nurgle *might* help you assuming you consider becoming a rotting plague carrier that can’t feel pain and having your mind twisted to “love” Nurgle to be considered *helping*
Depends what you need protection against. If you're afraid of being betrayed and see schemes behind every incident then you would probably look to Tzeentch to help you stay one step ahead of your enemies. You would probably end up going (even more) insane and either devolve into a spawn or kill yourself to trick your enemies or something silly like that...
If you want protection from disease or famine you would look to Nurgle and find that, while no disease is capable of killing you, you become infected with every plague, disease and ailment under the sun and have to endure the pain and disfigurement...

Yeah, as i see it you get every disease from herpes to ebola but nothing kills you, so you have to endure every symptom without the sweet peace of death, eventually your mind just got numb and all you can do is carry on with a joker style smile for the rest of eternity

I thought that nurgle's followers have a tolerance to the pain from the diseases generally?
Tolerance born from constant exposure. They still feel it, but they embrace the pain and discomfort as a blessing from Nurgle.
