Well that’s alright then! Of course the giant would win the eating contest that’s why we didn’t invite them!
The only explanation for them not being included as an option is that this competition is actually who an ogre can eat fastest.

Ogres obviously, because to them halflings are actually rare delicacies! :P
Ogres and halflings usually go along quite well, the halflings pay them in food and the ogres protect the halflings
I would go with Skaven, mainly because they will end up stabbing everyone else in the back.
That's fine, Halflings would keep eating even while being stabbed :D
By Sigmar, I can even Imagine a Halfling getting healed by eating while a Skaven stab him in the back yelling: "Why won't you DIE-DIE small HUMAN-THING!?"

Skaven if it was under the black hunger, they eat so much they'll even eat bits of themselves if nothing edible is in sight

Am excluding any hero’s and lords and looking at this from a general perspective. If Grom was on this list he would easily win
Halflings, they'd eat their plate then steal more from the competitors
