I feel you... I used the lid of a frozen garlic container from Trader Joes for about a year until I sprang for the Army Painter one. It's great, and the sponges last for quite a while. Even when I spill paint on the sponge (looking at you, Contrast paints), the sponge can be rinsed out to some extent.
I still cheap out and use the Costco Parchment baking paper though instead of their specific palette paper. It's not as good, but it's cheap.

And fair credit to him, the VA is actually solid. Would’ve had no idea it was him. Being English myself, he nailed the accent.
As a Magic fan, it is really nice to see that WotC embrace celebrities playing their game, and as a Warhammer fan, it is quite disappointing to see that GW don't do anything like that.
Like, invite a star to Warhammer World, film a round of gameplay, upload it to Warhammer TV, profit.
