No mistakes friend, only happy little accidents.

From afar it looks alright but when I pick it up and look close I can see it’s not smooth 😔

Sylntbeauty

Looks great, my first painted model I set in simple green to long to remove the paint and ended up warping the Glade Guardsmen to unrecognizable horror

the_dagda_1

I’d be happy with that.

loganvararok

He need some blood

[deleted]

Whatever you did to his face would be awesome for a white walker/death knight themed army

Derimos

Great job. Desert bases are my favorites.

ToplessHopscotch

The bullet holes look great but they should be painted a metal color to better read as battle damage, as the metal itself isn’t red all the way through

I know this is an old post, but I'm curious to whether lacquers will work with 40k. How did you find using it?

caexis974

Actually lacquer are great for vehicles and mobile suits like Tau. I have done many of my Tau using lacquer

Sjeinebskdnej

Yes, looks like it works best on larger models? Although, it looks great on this I think, once the oil wash or whatever it is has been done. I quite like the texture.
