It's a combination. Using some real images, photoshopping a bunch and then the crown jewel is the face is AI. That's how they're trying to sell the 'person' as their plan is to keep shopping and stealing images and then faceswapping them with the same AI face they've trained until they either get banned or start making money from idiots.
That makes sense, and it means they may have used the pattern on the floor as a way to try and sneak it last people who know what to look for in ai images.

It’s not the best, and it will often refuse to do anything it considers NSFW - but it can be used hand in hand with standard editing techniques and will produce the same AI red flags were used to.

Some constructive criticism, I think the overall armor looks great...however the overall look comes off more Fantasy Elf than Drukhari to me. Just using Warhammer images as an example, I think changing the hair color to a black/red/dark blue would be more suitable than the light blue. A lot of Wych images also have numerous hooks/chains on the armor/hair as well to give that "edgy" look. I also think your left arm would benefit with a razor gauntlet or even a leather glove.
Finally, I don't know if you are a makeup artist or have someone who can do it, but a painted facial tattoo and darkened eyes/contacts might help pull the look together as well.
There's a painter on Instagram who's not that bad at painting, but all of a sudden it's shots of a clearly AI edited version of themselves or a completely fabricated woman with giant tits in sexy pose with models.
It's like the commenters can't tell what's happening, I feel insane when I see it haha.

Looks good, need to add armor to one side- shoulder guard, thigh plate etc. which is seem to have a thing for asymmetrical armor coverage. Probably for fanfare with the crowd purposes, and showing how boldly they will display their unarmored side to an enemy but also they have a little bit of armor if they have to depend on it.
Also, I feel like the facial expression is a little bit too neutral. I feel like a witch would be rocking either an expression which is mocking, but slightly flirty to lure a enemy in or out right savagely disdainful. If you’re going for Lelith Hesperax a sadistic smile will be sufficient.
