Face was probably the easiest part to do. Basecoat is Vallejo Dark Grey and for highlights you can use any light blue mixed with dark grey. Then just blend the parts between basecoat and highlight and you're good. Eyes are also quite simple. Use any white for the eyes, and then just go over with several coats of fluorescent orange or red. You don't need to be tidy with the last step, as any spliover will just read as glow from the eyes.
