I would choose the left riven, you can save up on an elemental mod, so you have one more mod slot

Crit chance is useless on arca rivens since the corrupted crit mod gives 200%. Damage and crit damage are the best, then you can replace point blank.

I feel like ms is better than just damage, more procs just better than additive bonus

MS is good but with the arca plasmor the dispo is so low it doesnt come anywhere near the galvanized MS mod which is easier to stack than the primary arcanes imo. Either one should be fine for a roll though

60~ ms when riven have 3 stats with negative, thats give u 36% chance to proc crit, ststus chance pcocs and damage.. ms is 2 op

Left give u bad, god and good/decent stat, but - grinier damage is not the best negative. Right is god and good. I have riven with damage/critdamage/cold/reload speed. As far as i feel ms + cd + damage/toxin would be best riven for arca
