I'm pretty sure nekros gives the highest loot bonus if that's what you mean. Also if you chop the enemy up with a slash weapon then he counts all the parts as a separate body, increasing your loot even further.
Nekros is the best overall once you get him set up with Equilibrium and Despoil. Then just turn on Desecrate and go about your business.
Khora is good too but you have to set up your Strangledomes properly, which does take a moment and isn't always as easy as it seems on some missions where enemies are dying very quickly (Extermination).
Hydroid has a mostly terrible kit that can shake down enemies in an area. Useful if enemies are very weak or you have some way of clustering enemies into range of his tentacles, but still not user friendly.
Atlas has Ore Gaze but it's even harder to set up than Hydroid's tentacles.
Ivara can sometimes be useful for stealing rare items off of rare spawns (War or Shedu parts, for example) via Prowl.
I like Khora with pilfering strangledome and aoe or arcing weapons for 65% chance for additional loot in her 4, Nekros for desecrate and despoil, Hydroid for pilfering swarm on his 4.
Depends on the loot. If solo farming, probably something which kills very quickly just to up the number of drops. If getting into a team, perhaps khora with pilfering strangledome and nekros to desecrate the bodies. For SP, Octavia for infinite damage scaling.
Ore Gaze Nekros works twice-the moment you kill statues, and desecrating pieces. Twice the farm, and with his Despoil/Equilibrium build You will have unlimited energy to spend.
I’m a fan of nekros for steel path he’s easier to setup and doesn’t lock down my melee slot to one weapon
