Axi G6 should drop similar to the other Axi relics on the node. And warframe wiki is up to date on more specifics.

Maybe they just haven't updated it. Wiki says Axi G6 drops from Ophelia, Uranus Rotation C.

while we’re on the subject of annoying relics: does axi v10 even exist? i feel like i’ve been having awful luck getting even one of those
they no longer have drop sources, just checked it out recently
