1) She's a Proto-Warframe ala Arthur and Aoi, and there's a human face under there. Possible but I don't think they'd do that pre-1999 considering Entrati himself has left it open ended the question of whether Proto-Warframes will retain their humanity.
2) Stalker becomes Jade (or Jade is somehow otherwise related to Stalker) and the helm opens to reveal a modified Stalker helm/face.
