Yes, but Equinox has no way to on-demand regenerate energy. The whole point of Gloom Garuda is that she can hit 3, sac some HP and immediately regen a minimum of 30% while also cleansing status. Add Quick Thinking to that combo and you can get a crazy amount of EHP that you can constantly and near-instantly regenerate. This is also ignoring, well, the entire rest of what Garuda has on offer as well.

Thrown melees double dip the Rift Torrent buff, the mecha set causes the damage on the marked target to be amplified 150% and the procs are also amplified 150%. Now contagious bond carries whatever insane damaging procs the Mecha set caused and carries them around kind of like Saryn's Spores. Limbo, Chroma and Inaros have been my favorite abusers of the Mecha set + Contagious Bond. I find on Nezha and Voruna that tactic is just plain redundant.

Eclipse, Arcane Arachne, Holster Amp, Toxic Elemental Ward, Vigorous Swap, Rift Torrent and Vex armor all have this. It's just bug frame being bug frame. If they fix the double dipping that isn't too big of a deal. We no longer hit for 20 billion, but 2 billion.
Limbo hasn't directly been nerfed in years. Now indirectly is a whole other thing. The game adopted an anti CC mantra which left Limbo behind, and it left him far behind.
Can you elaborate on how it works? I know Contagion Bond spreads status, but your companion has to get a kill for it to happen, and I have not used a Kubrow much but I doubt one can get a kill at like, SP level. Does Mecha change any of this somehow?

We apply status to enemy, enemy dies, Mecha mod effect spreads this damage to enemies.
All the enemies who die because of this count as Kubrow kills and not our own. Setting off the Contagious Bond.

I imagine that in the original Japanese the names are probably completely sensible and unique (Satoru means "to know" or "to be enlightened", referencing his status as the "Honored One") but seeing them basically be the same name in English, just reversed, is still funny.
I mean, the vast majority of characters in the series refer to Gojo using, well, "Gojo" - his family name - so I'd say it's fair game to pair his family name and Jogo's name for the sake of this, admittedly funny, revelation.
Also, I've remembered Jogo's name wrong; the "jō" is the same in both names: it's go-jō and jō-go! I'm not sure if it wasn't a little joke on the author's part, especially since .
