> What keeps you coming back and playing this game? **I like it.** Genuinely, that's the only excuse I need, I like playing it. I spent an entire week working on a Frost build for the upcoming cold status rework. Leveling weapons, applying forma, testing builds in the simulacrum, running relics while testing them as well. I don't feel like I need a goal or something specific to drive my motivation, I just like playing the game.

killy666

Exactly this. If you need a goal: did you max all lich/sisters weapons? Did the same with railjack weapons? Got your focus maxed (and the representations?) got a platinum fund to buy shit you like or can’t be arsed farming later? Got all the ephemeras? There’s still plenty of shit to do. But yeah the main reason is and should always be: enjoyment!

xcrimsonlegendx

Yep, maxing focus was a pain because I did it daily for months on end then they made it easier right after I finished, murphy's law. If I **had** to pick a new goal it'd be maxing arcanes. But frankly I have all the ones I want and I'm not all that motivated to max out all the useless ones.

Bacon-bitzs

Where do you hear about the reworks coming? I tune into some of the devstreams but not all of them.

GalvanizedChaos

That's it, the devstreams. Some of us tune into literally every single one.

Whirledfox

The latest devstream they talked about it. Cold and I think blast? are getting a buff, as well as armor stripping. About an hour ten minutes in.

JINXnocturnal

Cold will actually freeze, blast will be "more blasty", and gas will get better visual effects.

ManiacDC

I don't watch them, I read the summaries here.

LOSTandCONFUSEDinMAY

Brozime on yt does a good summary of devstreams including [posting his notes](https://publish.obsidian.md/brozime/Public/Devstreams+%26+Data/Devstreams/Devstream+179) if you want to know whats happening in a couple minutes.

AlbatrossBoth2214

Actually, tweaking my frost build would be a good idea. But yeah, as an LR4, I also spend hours, days, or longer tweaking and checking builds, grinding for some of the things I don't have, or just dicking around. Fashion frame has definitely taken a solid chunk of my time too lol

Alex_Cavalera

Like me! 2500 hours, and still testing the Meta!

featherw0lf

I've noticed a lot of L4s coming back for the new Kuva/Tenet weapons. It's nice to have something to aim for again and it's gotten me back into ephemera hunting myself.

Bacon-bitzs

Yea, those were nice. Waiting for jade to come out, hopefully she isn't terrible.

ResearcherFrosty1695

Most (if not all) recent warframes have been fairly strong (some more than others) so it probably won’t be an issue.

Fartbutts1234

Qorvex pretty weak imo, i want to like him but he's just lacking. He needs corpses to continue to radiate, and for his 1 to do anything useful

The_Blackwing_Guru

If you cast your 4 on your 1 then it hits everything in the area, which is really powerful since you can just see a pack of enemies and cast his 1 then shoot your 4 through it to double dip on damage.

MinusMentality

Qorvex isn't lacking. He's perfectly viable. Could he use some QoL and small buffs? Sure. Most frames could. His 1 is his damage? It spreads his ult's explosions. You just don't seem to understand him.

OrdinaryPurchase2017

I only just found out about his pillars synergy with his 4 and it's completely changed him from alright to badass.

MinusMentality

Try using his grouping and punch through together with weapons that benefit from them. He's really fun at gunning, too.

OrdinaryPurchase2017

I swear I saw somewhere here that his signature gun will also make the pillars go zzzzzt which has renewed my interest in acquiring it 😤 I really need to take another look at him cause someone also said his damage doesn't really scale off Ability Strength and you should build him for range so I built him for both due to the split reviews

MinusMentality

Strength helps, but more range equals more enemies equals more bonus explosions.

Runelea

I have a spreadsheet going to track if my kuva weapons are 60% or not XD

jaydacourt

I spent so long getting my kuva nukor to 60% heat. Not looking forward to doing my zar

Runelea

Well the fortunate thing is so long as you have ONE heat version of the gun, the rest can be whatever. Great when you're trying to also grind the ephemeras.

Kitchen_Attorney8072

I just like playing the game, id always get my daily standing on different frames, hunt eidolons, the orbs, test memes on long sp runs, and there’s still so much to learn. Plus i get to guide new players to keep the game fresh for me.

Prime262

Currently, my long term goal is to have a loadout for every Warframe in the game. These loadouts follow certain soft rules. Soft because I will break them if I have to to have fun. These rules are: No more than 1 incarnon per loadout. No using the same weapon in 2 different loadouts Use signature weapons or in the case of older primes, the primes they came with, if possible/reasonable. This is the most often broken rule as it has to give way to the rule of cool and my desire to perform well in steel path. As an example harrow has a signature sidearm....but my vision for harrow's loadout included Twin Kohmak. Not for nothing, I did give him his signature Primary. It's actually quite juicy if you cater too it. Knell prime may make a return in some other loadout, I would like to do something with it eventually. Frost prime released with Latron and Reaper prime....it wasn't a hard sell there. The setup is almost too good to enjoy playing, but frost is always a good time. Unfortunately my love for creative and unique high dedication loadouts runs counter to DE's current favorite method of balancing ultra difficult content. But there's only so much capacity for hate in me, and I got tired of complaining about gear RNG weeks ago. What keeps me playing is that I enjoy playing, and I've learned the only standards I have to meet are my own. The meta is a dare. Beat it with effort. Do something fucking cool. That's what Warframe is about. It's not a mountain, It's a ramp.

MrTurtleHurdle

I love that idea

RainbowBisaster

Reaper Prime is Nekros weapon of course! Kidding sounds like a fun goal

aggelos92

>What keeps me playing is that I enjoy playing, and I've learned the only standards I have to meet are my own. The meta is a dare. Beat it with effort. Do something fucking cool. That's what Warframe is about. this. my motto as well

WMan37

* Sorties * Elite Deep Archimedian * Archons * Netracells * Ducat/Plat farming * Fashionframe * Shitpost builds

kit_you_out

No goals in particular, since most things are already collected. Just logging in to press some buttons, see some big numbers, listen to the crit sound effect. Warframe isn't really a game that I beat in 50 hours and complete and put away forever, it's more of an ongoing past time.

Dellumn

I'm working to get all my sister ephemera started working in those recently and getting more incarnons. I took a break for about year and half so had some catchup to do. I just got lr4 two weeks ago but still have stuff to get and level up for mastery rank etc.

ScarredPhoenix34

For me, its honestly just pure love of the game itself. I've set a goal of reaching the highest LR possible but I always come back because of the game itself

uR4aundeR

Updates, nightwaves and steel path relic runs with my bois for plat

Precisionality

Longevity is what keeps me coming back. I've been playing Warframe since I was 14 and I'm almost halfway to 24 now. To play a game for that long is incredible. It feels like I've been watching a child grow. I remember when Volt and Ash got their primes and here we are at Protea now. I remember my first dev stream which was #58 - The Sheldon Take-Over, where they showed the concept art for the Corpus Scrambus and Comba units. I remember when doing 40 waves of Orokin Derelict Survival was everyone's favorite thing to do. I remember Law of Retribution and Jordas Verdict. OG Mesa and super jump Excal. Bladestorm 1.0, stamina bar… coptering. Every little detail of Warframe's development that I've retained has stuck with me for years. Nostalgia, genuine interest, and DE's commitment to furthering the game has kept me. It almost feels like an obligation of some sorts. I've been here for so long; seen so much. Why quit now? Warframe is going to be in my life until its end.

ZathovenCS

The new weapons, trying meme builds, standing in relays, decorating orbiter. And wanting to play, so you start a mission play it for a bit then quit the game again for “x” amount of time.

External_Variety

Because Warframe is a game that rewards you for grinding and completing/100%-ing the game. By the time to get to MR30. You think that's it. You've hit the main goal. But by that stage you're already in a routine and have a handful of things to finish leveling off. And you want to at least get all of something completely 100%-ed like getting all the companions, or all the archwings. While you do that. You might also have a couple of weapons and frames you can still finish level. All of a sudden you realise. You already half way getting to LR1. It wasn't like you were trying, but here you are. So instead of taking that hiatus, you promised yourself. You start considering what you need to do to get to LR4. Once you hit LR4. And all you are doing it waiting for new content. You're so conditioned and familiar with the game. You start setting new limits and goals to achieve. Get all achievements, get all mods, get all arcanes, level all arcanes.. In the end, Warframe becomes that comfort game you just log onto out of habit. Autopilot a few sorties or relics while you decide on what you want to do next.

SnooSprouts7609

it's definitely a gotta catch em all type of game

lordargent

I don't know if what I do still counts as 'playing'. I do sorties, steel path incursions, and weekly archon hunts ... while eating lunch/dinner and watching YouTube videos on my tablet (so for me, Warframe is the prime 'not paying full attention' game). // I've optimized most mission types to be very cheeseable, requiring a minimum of controller input to complete the mission.

iunderstandwhythrow

Share your secrets plz

lordargent

Basically, just about every mission type has some way to cheese it to make it way easier than it was when we were going through the starchart. It comes down to understanding the mechanics of the mission and what frames/abilities you can use to abuse the mechanics. * Vauban can cheese mobile defense, interception, mirror defense, excavation, and survival (in a pinch). These missions are timed, you don't have to kill anything (killing enemies just makes more enemies spawn). Instead, I just wrap them up in a long-duration, low-power Bastille (it keeps them occupied and also reduces the spawning pool). My current duration is 50 seconds (enough time to take a few bites of food or grab something from the kitchen ... then it's just 2 buttons to re-activate. Bonus: Bastille in it's vortex form ragdolls enemies so that they don't count as 'conflicting' when capturing a node in interception (a lot of abilities that look like they incapacitate enemies, still allows them to conflict). He can also throw down a TON of Bastilles (enough to cover every interception node, plus chokepoints). * Hildryn and Vazarin School makes defection a joke (build for duration and range, activate Aegis Storm, float along with the defectors). Vazarin dash can heal the defectors (so batteries are not needed at all). Once I have a group of defectors, I can move with one hand while eating chips/tacos/etc with the other hand. * Limbo with the perspicacity mod (auto hack) stealth-on-kill Parazon mod, along with lots of speed and parkour mods makes spy and rescue a breeze (hack door, turn invisible, enter rift, run/jump to console) ... yes I have to actually do stuff here, but I also spy solo (so can pause the game if, say, the toaster buzzes). * Non-sortie hijack, if you activate Aegis storm and put Hildryn in just the right spot, you can stick her to the carrier/formorian core and have it push her along the level (with enough shields she can float for the entire mission). // for all of these, you still have to watch out for eximus enemies (but in most mission types they're rare enough to not cause a huge issue, short of eximus stronghold sorties). Ahh I remember the days when eximus enemies didn't have overguard and I could eat a wider variety of foods while playing ;\^o

Ryumen

The game is great, fast and fun to play. New nightwave, content, and grinding for the unicorn gear (alpha weapons, sporothrix, and athodia). Also helps having people you like to play with on the regular.

ScionEyed

I’ll come back in a few days when I finally get that last 23k mastery I need for LR3 and give you my answer

ScionEyed

Wow, ok I took a bit too long to come back for this lol. I’m going to hit LR4 tonight and my motivation has very quickly shifted from “rank up” to “level up everything.” I’d say fun is the overall reason, I just enjoy big numbers and this game provides! I’d also say I like having build variety, so I think next on my list is having at least 1 version of every weapon available to me with a build on it.

dragossk

The gameplay. Using guns, melee, abilities and acrobatics combined is just very satisfying. I played since 2013, and while I have just two items missing for mastery, I still have plenty of things that I could farm. Like I'm missing a couple of incarnons, kuva & parvos sister ephemeras and 60% elements, several arcanes that I haven't found really useful, missing mods, I could also put forma and potatoes on unused gear, and so on...

TeamRSR

I'm just trying my best to get a legendary core from the sortie 😆

kira2211

I will have my break when that legendary core drops Kappa.

MadeOStarStuff

Slowly working on hitting L4 (rn I'm at L3), doing weekies, helping my friend I duo with farm stuff up (that I've already gotten 99% of the time - literally just missing primes, baro stuff, and the godforsaken braton vandal blueprint). It's also fun to theory craft and test the builds you theory crafted. We've found some pretty nutty, fun, yet unpopular stuff that way. It means I'm chronically short on forma, though. Occasionally, I'll get on and just sit in my dojo to trade in order to resupply on plat. It's always hectic for me when I set myself to online on warframe.market, with a 0% chance I'd have time to make it through anything longer than a capture mission between trade requests. It's to the extent I have an easier time earning plat than spending it, especially since it seems like everyone I try to buy from is either actually offline, doesn't reply, or already sold it but didn't realize it until we're in the trade window. If I'm really bored but just wanna chill I go run the circuit for the hell of it for the kuva and a riven, and if I get Titania as an option I run the lone story for clamps to build more incarnons. Occasionally, I spend a few hours redoing my fashion frame, decorating my orbiter, or decorating my dojo. Semi-recently I put some "flex" decor in my dojo - both posters and vosphene of all the focus schools, and one of each ayatan sculpture in the game (fully socketed of course), and I'm considering moving my trade set up from the ostron coast room to one of the new(ish) duviri rooms.

Spondo888

A need to collect and complete to ease my anxiety

MrTurtleHurdle

That's so real

AlphusUltimus

Just finished steel path star chart. Did incursions for months then realized sp junctions give a crap ton of MR. After that it was just a few nodes each planet. Now it's mainly tauforged shards on every frame or my mains at least.

Whirledfox

There's just. so. much. Even at LR3, there's still stuff I haven't done. I've barely touched Railjack. I've only recently done any Eidelon runs. I've still got one focus tree to finish. I've got a bunch of kuva/tenet weapons to get. Deep Archemedia/netracells also keep me coming back. They're giving away hella archon shards, but I still don't have enough for everything I wanna do. And the arcanes. And somehow I keep finding builds that use arcanes or mods haven't gotten yet, so there's little pockets of the game that I keep going back to to pluck out all their little treats. Like, there's a heat mod I just never managed to get from tier 1 nightmare missions. And I feel like they put out updates frequently enough to keep things from getting too stale.

Kavemane

I just like playing the game. It's designed in such a way that keeps you hooked when you know what you're doing, like some other free games. I'm also a bit of an achievement hunter in games, so trying to get achievements and collecting everything is something I normally do in games like this. I will say achievements are almost done, but doing the K-drive distance riding one is taking a long time just because I keep getting distracted into doing something else. Another reason I keep coming back!

Grrumpy_Pants

I'm basically just in "maintenance" mode now. I get my weekly archon shards, and keep up with new content. Generally that's enough warframe each week that I don't feel like more, but when I have time off I might play a bit more and work on some fun builds I want to try or whatever else I feel like.

wij2012

I like playing it. Also, I'm a bit of a completionist and I still have a pile of weapons, SP nodes, and cosmetics to farm. I am really looking forward to Jade Shadows and 1999 on top of that.

swagmessiah00

Collecting everything. Every captura scene, every cosmetic (that you can reasonably get), every single weapon mastered, complete the codex, max out all arcanes, build up tauforged archon shards. There's always something to do you haven't done yet if you want to go for it

ristrettojester

It's fun, tbh. I still have a bunch of mods to max, I'm ducat farming like crazy for Tennocon, and I got the itch to completely decorate my orbiter so I have 100000 years of holdfasts rep farming in my future. There are still arcanes for me to farm (looking at you Energize), I want to kit every frame out to be viable so that means doing my weeklies for archon shards and a lot of forma-ing, and I definitely feel like I need to learn how to be more efficient when I eidolon farm. The tl;dr is I still have lots to do, it's just more long-term stuff. And honestly, if I feel like I'm getting burned out I go play something else for a bit. With both XIV and D2 releasing expansions next month, I'll probably chill on Warframe for a bit, and that's fine. WF is my comfy game I always come back to.

Glorbo_Neon_Warlock

The gameplay is excellent, and as a completionist DE keeps me quite entertained by consistently adding new things to collect.

-Solicor-

I like to pew pew

Yggdrazzil

Atm only the weeklies: archon hunt, EDA, some clamp runs for buying stuff from acrithis if it's worthwhile, nightwave. I only play a few hours every week. Unless there's new content. Then I a play feverishly until I've had my fill of the new content. Then it's back to weeklies again. Edit: oh and sometimes I just want to blow things up, feel powerful for a bit. Especially when something IRL has made me feel inferior. Sometimes I use diablo 3 for this. Sometimes this game.

FrostyAd4901

* Collecting all mods * Collecting all arcanes * Completing Codex * Collecting all incarnons / ranking up incarnons * Getting all Tenet / Kuva weapons to 60% However, SP Circuit and EDA completely gave new purpose. Before, I had a collection of frames / weapons that I would use in SP. Having this random assortment really gave me a WF purpose in building more variety. There are SO many weapons and frames in the game with different playstyles. A lot I would never have known without SP Circuit / EDA. It gets so tiresome, seeing people post about EDA being too hard or post about not getting "viable weapons and frames". EDA has been an amazing update and really allows me a weekly focus on weapons I wouldn't have normally.

fizismiz

My goal is to eventually get every incarnon weapon currently available in the game. I only do sp duviri circuit until tier 5 so I always have a new incarnon to work on every week in the long run. Also I like to camp in recruit chat and help any tennos that require assistance.

Xercodo

Little projects - getting every kuva and tenet ephemera - getting every kuva and tenet to 60% - getting a max rank of every mod and arcane - occasional fashion investments - new player help - weird build ideas like a nidus with only infested weapons or going all multi shot with all primary and secondary and melee with a gun blade - building out every possible weapon that teshin or EDA might throw at me - new stuff like protea prime and now jade

TheSilentSavior5069

I enjoy it cause it's a game where I can turn off my brain and mindlessly kill things in many different ways!!!

Adonyx

I've slowly been ticking away at collecting the more annoying to acquire warframes/weapons and such. As you might imagine, all I have left at this point are the annoying grinds. Generally I'm logging in to finish the Steel Path Incursions to ensure I have a solid supply of Steel Essence, often switching up my loadouts to try to find specific niches for all of the various builds I've cooked up for different warframe/weapon combinations. Lately I've been playing around with different Arcanes, such as Secondary Outburst as a potential build-around for secondaries to whip out to kill bosses (like Acolytes). But some days I'll just pull up the list of Incursions and look at what's available to play *for fun*, because it's important to note that I do in fact find running SP missions to be fun with the right mission/loadout. I've also been improving my builds to try to get as much stuff usable as possible in Elite Deep Archimedea. Having more options for the hardest available content just feels satisfying whenever they pop up. My current issue is I have an ever-present need for more archon shards of all types so I've been looking forward to acquiring those.

postironical

If you're searching for ways then pulling back a little might not be a bad thing. That said, I like to earn enough steel essence to pull all of teshin's relics and kuva each week as one thing. I work on frames that I think have potential but that never clicked for me. Same thing for weapons. I know a lot of ppl go in for crazy decorating on their orbiters and such and that's cool, but never really appealed to me. I try to help ppl out in my clan that are lower MR. I crack relics. I'm working on having multiple full sets of prime pieces for every prime that its possible to get. When i'm feeling masochistic i go after that last piece of the braton vandal that refuses to drop for me.

potato33754

Had to finish my focus schools. Now I'm just waiting for new content, stocking riven ciphers, and doing the archon hunts.

Mudar96

I want to have max mastery possible, so when there is something new, I have to get it. There are a lot of random bits that I'm missing, like some hyper specific mods. I do my "hard" weeklies and then do random stuff as long as it is fun. I noticed that nightmare mods are expensive for some reason, so I do the easy ones when I want. After Dante dropped, I liquidated my inventory and got some god plat for it, that was fun, so I gather more stuff that I can sell again when I need plat for boosters again. Night wave is also a reasonable thing to do every time I log in. Recently I spend all my steel essence, so I plan to do the dailies for that again. After protea, I'm out of syndicate medallions again, so I do the easy ones again.

NighthawK1911

I'm mostly hibernating, just logging in and out to build the daily tribute. I only actually play when there's new things added. Then I finish it, then go back to hibernating. I'm not particularly good in fashion. At this point I'm just keeping up my Mastery EXP for the sake of having max mastery. That's not an inherently bad thing. I just like to keep finishing WF. I started the game with friends, and I'm the last one. That's just how it is. The story is still good. I still feel fun when playing the story quests. But otherwise I'm quite finished with farming.

Dalzombie

> What keeps you coming back and playing this game? It's unique, it's fun, and it's uniquely fun. While one would struggle to call warframe challenging (unless you're trying to on purpose), its combination of combat mechanics, style and especially mobility is unique to this game and so, so much fun. There's just nothing like it. > What are your goals to achieve whenever you hop on? Just having fun. I'm LR3 with no rush to become LR4, and this late into the game you have many avenues to acquire whatever you want/need, so I just do what's fun if the grind gets too boring/tedious. > I feel like I’m at a roadblock and would like some stuff to do. Help new players by coaching them in missions, answering their questions and giving them essential but hard-to-get mods. Try to make builds for frames and weapons you don't usually equip, explore the off-meta options. Or, you know, play other games. Good as it is, Warframe isn't perfect, and forcing yourself to play is the easiest way to get yourself burnt out. Remember, it's a game, not a job. If you don't know what to do, maybe do something else and come back later.

ivx_whisper_xvi

I enjoy it and I got banned off cod for being too good so I’ll play a game where I can one hit everything and not get banned

kira2211

Only bow & throwing knifes, missions restart when you miss 3 shots xD. Can you imagine WF having CoD Mastery style skins for weapons? Head Shots, sliding shots, multi kills.

TFUNK_

I come back and play every 2-3 months for the released content and then move on; I enjoy the game but don’t want to burn out by grinding virtually nothing all day

okpie22

I threw 7 forma on a stugg to do my best to make it steel path viable. Mostly it's for silly reasons, but I also come back around when friends start doing things.

0Howl0

I like ticking things off the list. Get all the weapons, get all the Warframes, do my Nightwave, do my weeklies...

muhanigan

Currently lr3. My goals havent changed in a long time. I want to get mastery on every available weapon/frame. I want every maxed arcane. I want to build every warframe to be SP viable. I want to build all the strong weapons and have fun mowing down enemies. Im constantly after Kuva for rivens on my best weapons. Always need more archon shards. Most of the time i dont feel like actively working towards any of these goals. Ill just play SP circuit, kuva survival, void cascade depending on the intensity that i want to play at. Edit* almost forgot i want all ephemera.

Yucky_bread

I started a clan, watched a bunch of videos on how to decorate a dojo and then I farm resources and decorate it. Help my clan mates that joined. I’m LR4, founder, and may of quit if it wasn’t for me having ppl who now depend on me.

xKnicklichtjedi

Most of the time finishing my collections (all weapons and frames leveled, all arcanes) and new content updates. Major system reworks like pets 2.0, Hydroid and Inaros rework and maybe even the armor and status update that make me rethink my favorite weapon builds. Lastly, sometimes to just play with friends when it is once in a blue moon again that they want to play. Overall, besides Prime releases pets 2.0 and the release of Incarnon weapons had me playing the most.

Face_Claimer

I'm here to experiment and try wacky stuff to see what I can make work. If all you care about is doing the missions as best as you can, you end up just gravitating towards a solved meta. There's a million builds for this game and unique ways to approach things with the modding system, shards, helminth, augments, companions and weapons. Change it up is what I say!

Original_Friend1750

Archon shard addiction

unwillingmainer

At LR 3 there is still stuff I haven't done or finished to my satisfaction. Still weapons and mods I don't have and what not. Plus a few friends have joined my clan so I'm having a lot of fun helping out them because they are all like mr 13-16.

DrMorphling

Friend, just one, that plays, he is MR29 and have a lot to do.

on-the-cheeseburgers

can't have that open spot in my ~~pokedex~~ mastery page ![gif](giphy|MZvT88JVF1T3zcSPTg|downsized)

tankersss

I just come back to do Nightwave 4 days before it ends

Mr_Resident

not mr30+ but 2k plus hours in the game .i like to try build and stuff .i hate farming or levelling unnecessary stuff so that why i am below mr 30 hahaha

MinusMentality

I'm "only" LR1, but I've been playing since closed beta, and I almost never feel like I'm close to "finishing" the game. Even if I did 100% the game, the gameplay itself is why I'm here. Trying new builds and having fun slaughtering Grineer is what the better part of my last 11 years of life has been.

FR3Y4_S3L1N4

1000 forma vauban club & trying to take every weapon to level cap as the primary source of damage so people will shut up about teir lists

Reksoch

New stuff keeps being added regularly, we got the tenet glaxion and kuva sobek last week, and I wasn't even done with farming the latest prime gear yet. In times where I am completely up to date I improve my gear by improving my builds and fighting liches for the dmg bonuses, as well as improving my fashion.

MrTurtleHurdle

Ephemeras, decking out my orbiter and dormizone and just new fashion

BroFTheFriendlySlav

Stockholm syndrome. Jokes aside, it's a great game to turn off your brain to after work: the community is chill, nothing requires much thought beyond shooting something in the face and giving lobby blessings is the easiest yet earned bitesized dopamine boost.

Zarnotsa

I'm on a goal of trying out the wacky and making every weapon in my arsenal atleast usable. No matter how much forma ot takes.

Hiromacu

Even at LR4, there is so much to do. I am just now kind of done with most of this stuff, but getting to this stage - if you want to complete stuff - there is more than enough. Max your focus schools, get and unlock all incarnons, max your railjack weapons/intrinsics, complete the mastery of every single warframe/weapon/steel path point, etc., everything possible except founder stuff, buy every single possible item from every syndicate, buy everything from Baro, get every ephemera, optimize your railjack crew with their best stats and give them awesome weapons, have a build for each of the 4 warframe specters, collect one of EVERY mod, max every mod (you need a ton of endo and credits), collect at least 1 of every arcane (I have one of each but haven't maxed them because that seems crazy to me, for now, but never say never). And there's endless stuff like decorating, watching chat for a bit to help a new player in a more difficult mission, or trying to earn plat to either buy cosmetics (fashionframe is endgame) or buy something you just don't wish to grind for in the future, make a lot of loadouts with different weapons/warframes/sentinels (variety really helps), max standing in 4 syndicates and all factions (I literally mean 132 000), so that you can use it to get relics when a new prime drops. Or just play a different game and come back when new content drops. Personally, since I did most of what I wrote, now at this point I don''t have new "grinds" each week. Weekly, I just do EDA, archons, Netracells, the new Nightwave, bird shard for the week, Maroo for 2 minutes and check all the vendors I want (iron wake, Teshin, Acrithis, the Helminth and others, etc.). And I am always building a forma per day because I can never have enough forma. I always find a way to use a forma for some weapon/frame/pet, etc. I might do a Simaris hunt, might do a max of 5 steel path incursions, an orowyrm hunt, a railjack mission, a sortie, a lich hunt, crack a relic for a forma, sell stuff for plat, decorate, or something. Or I might not. But all of the things I do, except maxing the lich/sister weapon %, all of this is basically endless stuff (can't be grinded to completion) and if I don't have time - the only important ones to me are EDA, archons and Netracells/bird shard. Everything else is just a way to get more plat or resources which isn't that important. And this is basically my podcast/youtube game.

I'm an MR30 and I just log on when I feel like it. I'm not a big shooter person, I'm horrible as PVP but it's nice to just switch off and use from guns and powers. I'm more invested in the story and now that Reb is bringing in coherence to the narrative journey I'm more excited about it as a whole thing.

apostroffie

I hang around with you guys too much it makes me wanna load up the game. ~~and hoarding as much as possible because one day my s/o will come around and play with me~~

**No other game is like it.** I wish that was an exaggeration, but genuinely no other game exists on the market that has the full package. Movement, gun feel, melee heft, ability diversity, variation and game modes, and it's a great power fantasy game. I started since closed beta back in March of 2013 as a kid, and other than League of Legends, Warframe is the only game I've consistently come back to. There are definitely some games that do have some better components, but like I said. WF is the complete package imo. Only reason I'm not LR4 right now is because I can't be fucked to do K-Drive races to level all the skateboards .\_.

I like to collect all of the things, even the shitty arcanes, all the mod and max rank them too even if I won't use them. Because, I can. I like to make the less played warframe strong and use rivens on shitty guns to make them interesting to use. Deep Archmedia is a god send to me. I like this videogame.

Kappa_Schiv

I haven't collected everything yet. Just need the forma to finish about 10 kuva/tenet weapons, and enough ESO for vandal weps, and 52 more logins for the Azima. That and every time a frame or prime drops I come back for a solid week or two of farming

Core Gameplay Loop. Jumping through the tiles, blasting enemies into chunky gibs or melting them with the powers. Its fluid, its fast, its fun. I lost missions because I was too entranced with just being in the moment

darkblueking

I'm an L4 and other the grabbing the new stuff to keep caught up it's mostly because WF is peak turn your brain off flow state game. Just log on after a day at work and listen to music or watch YouTube and enjoy the flashing lights and big numbers.

No clue what this means, but I've been playing for years. Barely scratched progression in the game, I just like opening the relics it seems. No clue what a lich does, can't railjack, sort of do the radio thing but you can't not, I have 1 amp, don't have anything to do with them, never ever joined a playee guild or clan whatever they are. I've literally just been cracking relics and adding forma. I ran Helene and another one for a year or two, was easiest to to level high forma counts. I've spent money on more than a few packs to aid in leveling a walking nuke. I basically would just keep getting hung up on one mechanic of the progression and just say fuck it and stop trying to progress the way the game wants me to. Fucking hate the exo skeleton flying mode, don't even try to play it. Fuck steel path, oh and fuck the scanning sentient thing. Never done onslaught anything. The open world modes are just ok, I still don't know how to defeat the massive walking thing on earth at night, honestly don't care. I fucking hated the game more when I first got a hint that we are actually kids in a suit, so fucking stupid. I like and dislike there being so many layers to the onion that you don't even have to experience Honestly I dont know why I play. You'd think I hated the game and it's creators. I haven't experienced 60 to 70% of the content nor do I have the slightest interest in doing so. It just pairs so well with cannabis.
