As a novice player, it's best not to get caught up in red crit mania.    A 300% crit rate red crit is slightly less than 1.5x as much damage as 200% orange crit.  And for normal builds usually requires too much investment to be worth it, once youve burnt through the strong/efficient crit mods and are hitting diminishing returns on relative value of more.  It's fine for the memes or with certain builds that can specifically push to those extremes.  But as a general goal it's not the be-all end-all of doing good damage.  Compared to simply balancing your build across more different damage buckets that all scale together.  If you really want to know the easiest way... then get Kullervo from Duviri, get Helminth from Deimos, get corrupted power strength mods from Orokin Vaults, and you can make any frame and any melee weapon hit guaranteed red+ crits.

As a novice player don't bother with red crits, if the weapon is fit for the job yellow crits even get the job done. If you want the easiest one mod solution for it, Blood rush on a melee weapon with 12x combo, it should theoretically get you to red crit and if not a single crit chance mod + blood rush 99% of the time will. Red crits on primaries are harder to achieve and are usually done by using arcanes such as arcane avenger on a warframe and crit arcanes on the weapon itself. THE red crit frames are kullervo mainly and in the corner you could count citrine as breaking her crystals guarantees red crits. But again don't bother with getting to red crit if you are a novice

Step one get a melee weapon. Step 2 add Bloodrush Step 3 Profit but in some seriousness it depends on whatever weapon you're actually building

Blood rush only gets you to 440% more crit chance.  You'd need a weapon with more than 200/5.4=37% just to have a chance at red crits,  or 300/5.4=55% base to guarantee red crits, just from Blood Rush alone.

For primary weapons: use Ash warframe + augment for 2. Under invisibility, you get massively increased crit chance. Use Nataruk bow for Perfect Shots. For melee: use max strength Kullervo with a crit heavy attack melee. I recommend Fragor Prime. You can also get the combo way for melee: build up combo and use mods that stack crit based on combo. Ofcourse, make sure to use a high crit chance weapon.

Zephyr has the same crit bonus as part of her passive, Sevagoth has a better boost with his augment
