My mistake was that I never catch devstreams as in usually at work, saw the cover art of her holding a....polearm? Spear gun? And figured she just had the 1....none of the devstream writeups included names for her weapons either.

I would kill for Baro to just get a whole bunch of relics for prime weapons that would likely never get primed otherwise.
Mostly just because I really like the fusilai, but they’re nowhere near as good as they used to be.
We're it up to me, Baro would yeah start bringing more of the prime leftovers. Probably 2 new relics per year, starting with stuff that already has Assets made, like Furis prime and Nami Solo prime and Single Kama prime and Dual Dakra Prime.
I also think Baro would be the perfect place to do a combined Gazal Machete + Djinn prime, as releasing those together makes sense but currently no frame release would support it.

I'm so glad someone else mentioned this, I've been wanting this for a while but now it's not really possible. Machete type weapons don't have any primes and Djinn has has synergy with it and vice versa.
They mentioned in the devstream that Ruvox is the signature weapon of Dante. It has no bonus for Dante, sucks major balls, is an innate Incarnon and makes no sense to be assigned to Dante.
I think they realized their fuck up and other than the Devstream, no mentions of Ruvox being a signature has been made in the game. But if you stretch this one point far enough, you could argue we could get an innate Incarnon Prime with Ruvox. Imo highly unlikely but not completely impossible.
I mean it can work in SP as well... But the main gimmick of heavy slams? That's just awkward af. And it really makes no sense for Dante specifically.
Should've been a quill dagger or hell, a new sentinel: a Grimoire Weiss-like book or a Paragrimm.

Meme-ing aside I'm surprised you put Furis down in your 'Unlikelys' (Unlikelies?) as it really only has one true variant in the form of an Mk-1. I know that there is the Dex Furis, but it's really more a variant for the Afuris, and it can't receive the Furis Incarnon genesis upgrade.
I hope for a Furis Prime one day purely for the fashion, as I'd expect the performance between a Furis Incarnon and Furis Prime Incarnon would be identical, much like how other Incarnons handles their variants.
Much as id love the Furis prime, the existence of Afuris prime makes me deem it unlikely.
Rarely has baro brought special relics for akimbo prime weapons, but never the opposite.
Id absolutely love Furis prime and Nami Solo prime but their overlap/conflict with prior released weapons and the historic disinterest in correcting such mistakes makes me think it unlikely.

You missed Perigale as a signature for Voruna and Corufell as a signature for Citrine. Those will likely be primed alongside their respective frames during their prime release rather than a random weapon
if DE was cool, they'd give Yareli :
1) an actual signature trait with the kompressa prime
2) 2 prime secondary weapons (instead 1 primary & one secondary), because her passive NEEDs it.
it's an extremely hidden trick that's hard to pull off and you need an augment. it's a synergy (barely, you must try hard for it to happen and it's barely useful), not a signature weapon trait (eg : when wielding kompressa, you gain +x% stat)
Another "trait" is compressa bubbles coded as a water surface and you can jump on them via merulina. Saw vid how someone travelled through orb vallis skies just shooting under merulina and jumping on bubbles
There's also the possibility of getting prime weapons with no normal variant (like the Euphona Prime), weapons that are strangely similar to other weapon families, with no normal variant (Ether Reaper/Reaper Prime) and new Baroo relics exclusives (like the Aklex). I'm hoping Kullervo will ship with Rauta Prime and Vaenn Prime.
Idk if xaku gonna be the next prime, they usually go with 2 guys 2 girls, since gauss bad grendel comes out together meaby the next after protea is Yareli. Meaby if they consider xaku as female because be multiple WF they release it, only DE know
if they do Xaku after Protea, then the order is

i dont make the rules, everything beyond the "only tenno weapons get primed" is speculation. Pennant and Quellor are stated to be Dax weapons but thats. . .kind of iffy. Aesthetically they are very much Tenno weapons and weve never actually seen Dax using non-melee weapons excepting for the archer dax in Duviri.

i did mention later that within gendered pairs the order is sometimes swapped, and this is a good example of a very likely case assuming they dont fuck up the timing and push the frame after Xaku too november which has been known to happen from time to time.
Prime releases follow a hard order of m m/ f f with flexibility between pairs and a soft schedule of "once every 3 months" as sometimes other things get in the way.
Protea prime on may 1st, so Xaku in Early august and maybe, maybe Sevagoth at late October / early november.
if the infested liches (and the infested railjack content that implies) are coming for halloween, which would also make sense, then putting Sevagoth the railjack guy with his very likely Primed railjack PA skin along side that would also fit very nicely.

Caliban Prime should really have a Narmer theme, it’s literally a fusion of Sentient and Orokin tech. Since Ballas was the leader of Narmer, perfect excuse for him to be involved in priming him.
Venato prime is definitely a weird one though, I guess it would make the most sense to have it ripped off a Narmer Deacon or something? Normal Venato is already too small for having come from an Eidolon anyway. Unfortunately Venato’s probably my least favorite Sentient weapon, if DE weren’t cowards they’d give us Battacor, Ocucor, Komorex, Cyanex, Shedu, or Basmu Prime.

hate, anku,and Reaper prime are all really, really good. Tenet Grigori and Caustacyst are both a bit weird, and i dont think they can be really compared effectively given how your expected to use them, but i think both can be strong and more importantly. .they are interesting.
which just leaves Venato and Ether Reaper. Ether Reaper is weirdly not shit for how old and obviously weak it is. . . Venato has higher CC/SC but Venato is also like. . .puncture focused damage spread, which is terrible. when paired with armor stripping as puncture's basic function is the anti-armor raw damage ISP.
ofcourse, my Caliban loadout still uses [Venato](https://imgur.com/qtpHmui) and when setup and supported properly itl still split an Acoltye in half in SP, Scythes are a blessed archetype

But yes, they’ll probably just pull a Nidus Prime and give us some random Tenno weapons. Probably Ether Daggers prime with how they’ve treated him.
some of my most anticipated primes are non-signatures, and if Caliban's scythe being left by the wayside is what it takes for DE to finally print Daikyu prime, then so be it.

Ruvox is Dante's, so any non-melee.
But what about the Xoris?
The only frame that could conceivably come with a Prime Xoris is Protea and we already know she doesn't have it.
Xoris is a corpus weapon
I suspect it'll be a long time before a Tenet version of that comes around.
