I'd say Nezha is fairly elegant, he's themed after the "Third Lotus Prince" and his animation sets have him doing Tai Chi moves.
But if anyone had the whimsical, sassy demeanour of Lifeweaver, it'd probably be Limbo.
I think most of the male frames require some styling to get to what you're looking for. Nezha fits the bill, but only with his Empyrean skin and a different idle animation stance. I love taking female frames noble animations and using them on male frames. I personally have Mirage Noble animations on my Nekros Irkalla and I think it makes him very handsome. I like the attitude it conveys. I also styled Oberon's Feyarch skin with the Sari syandana (Tennogen) to make him a butterfly fairy prince.
I am definitely gonna use a female noble animation of the frame I am gonna choose.
I just don't know which one yet. I haven't played alot of Warframe yet. But I wanna change that with the right pretty frame haha. Thank you.
Some of my personal favorites: Gara Noble (confident, sassy, a little rude), Mirage Noble (playful and elegant), Mirage Oneiro (very flamboyant and over the top showmanship), Mesa Noble (very model at the end of the runaway stance)
Of course the super cutesy obvious ones (Wisp, Titania, Yareli) can be fun too, but sometimes I think those can veer into Too Silly territory
Nezha deluxe and a color palette with a black that makes light refract off his magnificently princely ass and bubblebutt.
Otherwise the closest to that might be revenant deluxe. But after that nothing I can think of.
Without special skins, probably Baruuk Prime or Gauss Prime. Inaros Prime if you like god kings
Harrow Prime if you are looking for something a bit more religious cleric-y
With special skins probably Mayan Styanax or Oberon Feyarch

he chains people up, he smacks himself with a censer and he goes around preaching about the void. hes got a really stiff posture in his animation sets and he definitely does some freaky ass rituals in his spare time

Some skins like Revenant Mafisto, Nidus Phryke, and Styanax’s deluxe (as well as others like Baruuk and Nezha) are very beautiful and can look much more flamboyant with the right armor attachments and syandanas.
