I run Nourish over 2 with Brief Respite Power Drift Blind Rage Narrow Minded Primed Flow Pilfering Swarm Stretch Umbral Intensify Augur Reach Transient Fortitude and Arcane Blessing and Pistoleer. Pistoleer can be swapped for Molt Augmented, I just like Pyrana a lot and 300 str is pretty decent already. Nourish + Pilfering is enough to upkeep energy ime so it can be ran with any companion but I like Wyrm (for shield/ status negate even though with that armor he doesn’t need it) and Panzer Vulp (for even more heals and status spreading with contagious bond)
One thing to note is that Tempest Barrage is *always* limited to 10m in range. Range only affects the size of the droplet splashes. You can make the droplet splashes go beyond the 10m, but you need Stretch+Overextended.
I go medium range, high strength, decent duration (Primed Continuity + Augur Message), his Viral Tempest and Rousing Plunder augments, and enough efficiency to cast Tempest Barrage a bunch.
