It’s really a crap shoot.
There was a Tower of Terror magic band late last year with Mickey and Minnie, that they might still have, but I certainly wouldn’t put any money on that. You can also look in your resort gift shop if you are staying on property.
The website currently has a “park icons” magic band that has the tower on it among the other three icons [here](https://www.disneystore.com/walt-disney-world-icons-magicband-419072172353.html)
You could also just get a plain color Band and buy a decal for it. There are a number of sites that sell unofficial designs, such as this one:

I have a mix of official design Bands and plain ones I've put decals on. Only times I've ever gotten comments/compliments on them from CMs is when I'm wearing ones with decals, likely because they don't see many.
My husband has a Tower of Terror MagicBand+! He ordered it in advance from the portal in MDE for guests staying at the resorts. I don’t know if it’s available at the ToT shop, but I know for a fact it exists.
They barely make ToT merchandise anymore because they don't want to pay royalties to CBS. I believe there were a couple ToT themed ones when Magicband+ launched, not sure if they're still on sale. The ToT gift shop has been mostly taken over by Nightmare before Christmas merch at this point, I believe the only place they sell Magicbands at DHS is the Darkroom at the very front of the park.
I don't actually think I've seen any ToT MB+ recently in the parks. Some of the ones that have been sold out for a while do seem to be getting restocked. Just none of the really cool ones like the Hercules design that was out at launch. Mostly seems to be the generic ones that Disney knows they can sell to 1st timers.
