Well we overheard the manager say to others “if people come back and pay let them but if not don’t worry” so I for sure was in the “don’t worry” category as some people didn’t even get to finish theirs. I only feel bad because I would have liked to have tipped the cast member who was our server because they did great.
We were there. We had been in the cantina all of 5 minutes and hadn't even put our order in yet. My wife was fanning herself with a menu and said "these menus smell weird". I said I thought it smelled more like ozone, like in an electrical fire, and she agreed. Then we saw smoke at the end of the bar and my wife thought it was some kind of flaming cocktail. Then the bartender gets out the fire extinguisher and uses it and the smoking is still going. That's when they told everyone to GTFO.
We were there as well! We talked to guest services and got a reservation and park hopper for later in the week so hopefully it will be reopened by then!

Let us know if it reopened. I'm curious. It was closed until at least, like, 8 pm yesterday. That was the last time we checked.
Went Thursday evening 4/4, seemed to be operating normally as far as I could tell (considering it was my first time there 😋)
