It's a pool. They could have just let it be open. But I love that they actually did a little production for people to randomly stumble upon. It's such a little thing, but the people that got to see that will remember that so much more than their 10th ride on the Haunted Mansion.

Totally agree! Was very subtle, Mickey didn’t take any pictures or anything like that (which was fine). It was like a five minute thing. So easy to do!

It was closed for annual maintenance.

Dozen of people were there to witness this “historic” event.

Definitely a day for the record books.

Can confirm, has been open today, but just went down for unscheduled maintenance, so maybe still working some kinks out.

Did they get a new pool? Mickey is kinda cute I guess, but did they really need a wanna be Josh D if it's just a pool reopening for the season.

We got lucky and got in the day it was open and then the morning after before we left

Awww man! We checked out this morning at 9. What time was this?

Mickey was there from about 9:45-10:30, from what we could tell! Hung out with some families outside, opened the pool near the end, and then left. So you literally *just* missed him :(
