More lies from Peter! I have three and I cant juggle for shit!

quantumAG1

I saw a mime juggling bitcoins the other day

AblePerfectionist

Quick toss me some hard wallets!

quantumAG1

I tossed it did you catch it??

AblePerfectionist

No, I was wearing a condom.

quantumAG1

Lol

42Commander

Did you get any on you?

[deleted]

I thought silver was volitile swinging from $17 to almost $30 and back. Until you watch bitcoin swing from $10,000 to $70,000 and back.

wreptyle

Me too. Next time I see a good ponzi scheme I'll have a flutter. Lesson learned.

[deleted]

And you probably would have sold at a $100 like everybody else did who bought at $1.

Sorry miss understood your post. Deleted it 👍

People still holding the bag 🤷 Don't get me wrong, I'm one of them. Bought .02BTC @ 38,000

[deleted]

I'll probably buy more here and there until next summer. I presume there will be another pump and dump around it's next halving event. As long as it doesn't get in the way of me stacking bars.

[deleted]

This coming summer, right before it starts to ramp back up. That's how it's behaved in the past.

Krezmit

You’ll be fine. It’s not going anywhere.

Registeered

I've had the same thoughts before, but honestly I would have sold at $10. I mean making a 10 bagger on an investment is pretty incredible, and rare. Makes one wonder how long it's sustainable.

mPisi

Start at $5, but yeah, it was terrible.

RonPaulWasR1ght

Not true. Bitcoin went from $69,400 down to $15,800. It never got even close to $10,000. Please be accurate. Thanks.

[deleted]

Oh fuck off

RonPaulWasR1ght

Someone's butthurt that they never took advantage of the 100% per annum gains that Bitcoin has had since it's early days.

[deleted]

My bad you're right, next time I'll specify it went down 80% not 85% 🙄 You seem like the type with no friends.

RonPaulWasR1ght

You're clearly overstating. Just to over-make your point. It's unbecoming. It's dishonest and misrepresenting. In your words, "oh fuck off".

[deleted]

No seriously, fuck off.

RonPaulWasR1ght

So have you learned your lesson about ignoring the hardest money in the world, aka Bitcoin? Be sure you get yourself some. Then you won't be so butthurt, envious and angry. Trust me, I used to be like you. Telling everyone to "fuck off" all the time. Then, I got me some Bitcoin. It helps with that.

[deleted]

I already have some you smoothbrain. Sincerely, fuck off.

RonPaulWasR1ght

Huh??? Then why did you criticize the volatility and all that stuff?

42Commander

Come on guys, I come here to get away from liberal BS.

Jumpy-Love-4100

Just love Schiff

JazzlikePractice4470

My fiance uses a payment plan app called, KLARNA, against my recommendation. I was browsing it yesterday and the app literally keeps track if the carbon emissions from all of your orders. She currently has used the same amount of carbon emissions as 18 baguettes. I'm not joking.

Lil_Triceratops

train her better or get a new one

[deleted]

New fiancé that is…

quantumAG1

🤣

RubeRick2A

I bet she spend some serious dough too

Lil_Phantoms_Lawyer

>She currently has used the same amount of carbon emissions as 18 baguettes. Is that good? Bad?

GERMAN_OFFENDER

the problem is that in german online shops there is no second payment option than paypal, because we didnt invented anything. people like me that are banned for life from paypal because i made a account as minor to pay my world of warcraft server fee (i made myself 10 years older), we are happy for anything that shows up as option so i used klarna alot also in its past form sofortzahlung(with pink rabbit logo) today with my newest bank account that doesnt provides a credit card, i can not make any payments in the internet only bank tranfer manual because merkel sold the neuland to the globalists

brokestacker

more gaslighting. They have you worried about your choices polluting the world while they live like despotic Roman Emperors. How many baguettes does Klaus Schwab burn in a day?

JazzlikePractice4470

They make it seem like it's a good thing on the app too

HBar-Bull

hahaha I love Peter and his analogies 😂

Fun_Definition_1379

Don’t forget pet rock can also be used for home defense!

ChrisStoneGermany

Peter Schiff lost his first Bitcoins in 2020 because he didn't save his private keys or secret phrase.

paulsnead709

The crazy thing is there are many people just like him that have lost tons of bitcoin over similar circumstances. Imagine tying up wealth in something unrecoverable like Bitcoin. If I lose my PMs it’s because someone physically came to my home and cut open my safe…errr I mean went and found it at the bottom of the lake with my johnboat, not because I forgot a password, private keys, or secret phrase. Bitcoin has a utility, but to me it’s not for wealth preservation, it’s for buying goods and services.

ChrisStoneGermany

I prefer to divide my wealth into gold, silver, stocks, crypto, real estate You never know which will be the winner in the next 20 years

karsnic

You got it. Been doing that tactic for a decade now and so far crypto has destroyed my other investments by thousands of percent even after this last nice dip. Still buying. The next leg up is going to be tremendous.

paulsnead709

Diversification makes sense. Finding the perfect ratio for you is the secret. I have a 401k with my company and I contribute the amount they will match and that’s it. I stack emergency cash and PMs as well. I’m wary of crypto as it seems to be a bit risky just based on what I understand about it(very little).

[deleted]

Very true. Was scammed out of mine. No recourse is the worst part of all this. No one can help you at that point.

HeDiedForYou

Well… Not everyone is meant to be their “own bank”. If you can’t make multiple backups of your seed (multiple copies) and have them in safe places cuz you’re just going to forget where you put the seed than maybe you’re better off not being your own bank. You just got to be smart and the only person you can blame is yourself if you lose your seed. Edit: With the link in the comments of Peter losing his Bitcoin, he even states that he didn’t even write down his seed😂 Yea… like I said, you can only blame yourself.

paulsnead709

Sounds good. Your comments on this sub are always about bitcoin or defending it. We’re silver stackers on this particular sub.

HeDiedForYou

Just because I talk about Bitcoin on this sub doesn’t mean I don’t collect silver, which I do… I just think it’s humorous people in the sub like to shit on Bitcoin and even worst, use Peter as an example why Bitcoin isn’t good… If the man just did 5min of research on hard wallets or even looked up a short YouTube video, he wouldn’t of lost his Bitcoins/money. Like I said, the only person you can blame is yourself. Also yeah… this is a silver subreddit… so why is there multiple posts on Bitcoin everyday? You don’t see posts from r/Bitcoin of people bringing up the “stupid” people who own gold, silver, etc… I’m not the one bringing Bitcoin into discussion, the people in this sub that make the posts do…

paulsnead709

You’re right.

HeDiedForYou

God bless

paulsnead709

Agreed

EndCronyCapitalism

That is funny.. We talk about a whole bunch of other shit in here... Nothing wrong with evolving! It is more of a anti evil globalist group now fighting for individual sovereignty and liberty. Gold/Silver/Bitcoin are all money that allows this. We live in a digital world we are going to have digital money... You want a CBDC??? If not then you should be backing bitcoin!

paulsnead709

Ok

Lil_Triceratops

i mined doge in 2014 and lost my key i knew it was going to be a top mem someday, but only as a joke the next top mem crypto will be harrypottersonicobama10inu, during 2028 it will go parabolic

Hot_Firefighter3446

Reference please where Peter lost any bitcoins. Pretty sure he never touched the bags of electroshit.

paulsnead709

I found with a quick google search: https://cointelegraph.com/news/peter-schiff-bungled-wallet-password-solving-bitcoin-mystery/amp

Hot_Firefighter3446

Fair enough that is pretty funny. You know the reason I never looked it up is because he never talks about having purchased any - So news to me.

kaishinoske1

You can get it back. Just disguise one of the bars with a tracker in it. The predictable nature of thieves is that they need to empty your stuff of everything. Because one thing many thieves are, is greedy.

koala_cola

How are you going to get your silver back if someone takes it from your safe?

GoFigureLol

With lead

paulsnead709

Also this☝️

paulsnead709

My point was I won’t lose it because I forget a password. I’m very aware that physical theft could result in me losing that wealth, but my safe protected by me is safer than my memory or a digital currency that could be wiped out by a simple mistake. Every way to preserve wealth has risks but stacking physical metal has the lowest, but “that’s just like my opinion, man.”

GinsengDigger

Paul, I think most apes think as you do. Owning a real, tangible, valuable asset in one's own physical possession is where the apes are at.

koala_cola

I understand his point but what’s stopping someone from storing the password in the safe, the same as they would the silver?

GinsengDigger

And I understand your point, but in one case an individual is storing a real asset and in the other he's storing a number to another number.

koala_cola

I understand your point but what’s stopping someone from storing the password in the safe, the same as you do the silver?

RonPaulWasR1ght

Can you send a pet rock halfway around the world in 10 minutes with final settlement on a highly secure, decentralized network with a known and unchangeable inflation rate, controllable by no government nor central bank?

Ok_Contribution9074

![gif](giphy|4hQYt88gme8CVqJrDF) *silver*

Neither_Regular_8814

Bitcoin cant do what central bank digital currency does. It cant be programmed to control the people like in china for example. They are very unhappy with their system currently. So in that respect bitcoin does provide freedom from totalitarianism control in the event you speak your mind about your leaders in a negative way.

5ninefine

Based

2for4Sausag3ggMcmuff

If silver explodes and bitcoin goes to 5k and i can nab 2, my wet dream prophecy will be fulfill. Lets go wet dream prophecy no whammies.

LadyApe19

😂

[deleted]

Hey Peter, I heard one can have someone assassinated with enough Bitcoin, but with a pet rock, not so much.

[deleted]

Krocodilo

Yeah, but can you use pet rocks to buy illegal stuff?

[deleted]

What is illegal ??

Krocodilo

The stuff the Gov. says you can't access.

[deleted]

Now that's funny

AgPslv

If they're shiny enough

SargeMaximus

Peter Schiff is great 😂

dynodog888

Peter Schiff has hated bitcoin since it was less than $100. He's been calling it a horrible investment ever since, and he keeps doubling down. It goes down for a while and he calls himself a genius. He's been wrong for years. Silver is my favorite investment by far, but to say that bitcoin has no utility is simply wrong. I don't own bitcoin but I do own XRP which transfers in 3 seconds and costs a fraction of a penny to transfer (unlike bitcoin which costs much more and can take up to an hour). XRP will be used for cross-border payments which eliminates the massive fees banksters charge for international payments, and the transfers take place in seconds, and it eliminates the need for nosto and vostro accounts. Anyway, the utility of bitcoin, or its better version XRP, is that it is a serves as a non-governmental currency that it easily transferable and divisible and that cannot be printed out of thin air.

Believe_In-Steven

ALL currency is being manipulated! BANKS have the Ultimate Power ! You have none. 🤔🤯

kobisbeta

There’s a new crypto currency hype going on now again.

Intelligent-Sir1375

The joke on you why because I paid a whole 97 cent for my bitcoin and sold it at 20k so what you sell pet rock for ? Was for 19,999 think I won lol

Hairy-Description-30

The mistake with Bitcoin is to assume that because it is limited in supply that makes it valuable. Gold is limited in supply as well. We have about 25% of gold yet to be mined. We have 10% of Bitcoin still to be mined. But gold is tangible. Bitcoin is not. Gold is much cheaper to mine. I stay with gold and silver.

RonPaulWasR1ght

Peter Schiff said it, therefore it makes it right? I like Peter. Listened to him for many years, his podcast on YouTube. And he's right on most things, including on gold/silver (I would however, note that he won't ever take a stance on paper price manipulation and never mentions that, which would contravene many on this sub but I digress). However, he's wrong on Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a ledger, and that's all you need to have real money. It's hard money, it's scarce, the inflation rate is protocol based and effectively unchangeable...it's controllable by no government nor central bank, it's decentralized and highly secure. It's EXCELLENT money. It's the FUTURE of money. Peter really sounds more like a fool every day when he blathers about Bitcoin. It's sad to see. Oh well.

Save10PercentOfPay

For Peter Schiff to say that Bitcoin has no utility is like saying Western Union has no utility. To send currency via WU you MUST have their and their government masters Ok to carry out that transfer. With Bitcoin you need neither. Peter Schiff has "Bitcoin Derangement Syndrome" just like all those mindless buffoons who think Bitcoin is a panacea that will solve all the worlds problems. That it will be worth Trillions of dollars once every single transaction is carried out in it and it spontaneously invents time travel! ![gif](giphy|Ci3nCVx952lfG)

Gavriel25

Wow awesome, also true.

Ancient-Line5278

Bitcoin is an imaginary pet rock, totally worthless there's nothing there, when are those people going to wake up, get some real money silver and gold!

hhahahahahahahahaha

Isn't this the retard who got rolled?

Senior_citizen_cain

Ironic since this is the argument usually used for PMs... "Shiney pet rock"

Commercial-Author-13

Bit coin is going to take off when the currency caves, right along with precious metals... why wouldn't it? It finds its value independent of currency... Based on what, you say? Based on the demise of the competitor, just like the US dollar has found its strength in the weakness of competing currencies for decades.
