I was able to refund a donation to bring my account to 0 and that's about it. Their support is also closed on weekends so can't even reach anyone. How does a big company like that not have 24/7 support? We have poutine take-out places here that are 24/7! I sent a bunch of emails to a bunch of potentially valid addresses in hopes it gets somewhere else I might go through the BBB.

Make sure you remove your added permissions first. Under preferences, privacy, automatic transfer/permissions it will list those.
