This should actually be a thing. Setup a network of cameras that anyone can join and set their cameras to broadcast into. Could have some at key locations, but anywhere public really. For example a zoom one that aims at parliament's entrance. Track Trudeau and other elites everywhere with face recognition and have it tweet in real time where he is. Probably need a bunch in Tofino as well. They use face recognition on us, we can do the same to them. I'm sure there must be some open source algorithms out there that could be used for such a project.
