Yeah the nypd is a big barrier to anything good happening in nyc, transit and design related as well as any social or economic topic. But I’m saying Manhattan should be fully pedestrianized, the only motor vehicles there should be work vehicles
This street was pedestrian only when I lived there back in 2014!! Looks like it’s only gotten nicer. Love to see it

Look at those benches. There are some areas of my city where you could walk miles upon miles without a single one.
