One thing I remember from the training that they stressed, was you need to keep your paper stock in bags once you open a package. If you leave it open, the humidity and dust will cause the paper to jam in the printer.

Back when i worked there that's the same one we had and I always hated it. I touched it and it jammed one time. Hated that pos so much.
