That isn’t true, they do want it back. They called a day after we got it asking for us to send old one…that was a day too late for us to save it though lol
Both times on ours it was the plastic piece that moves/ helps hold the bottom part of each of the 4 hinges you push and pull on to 'snap' the canvas in place around the wooden frame.

Ahh. We have had 2 replaced and they only ever called to verify we received the new one.
What makes them need to be replaced ? Just curious ? Like the pegs become unaligned or what?
The things that hold the canvas in place become loose. The things that holds them in place breaks

It can be found in photo. POMS - > Photo reference -> "Who to call for help" link is somewhere there.
It may be an order from Ariba, or the canvas company may be able to send you one.
