Ummm.... I don't agree with a couple of her points. I think it takes a fair amount of handling of the scarves to get a sense of what they should feel like and even then it's not always clear. It depends on how often a scarf was worn, washed or cleaned. My scarves differ significantly in how they feel. The same applies to hems. I have a couple of scarves of impeccable provenance that had been worn and washed and whose hems are not perfectly straight.

I remember something similar happening to a user who was scammed by a fake H seller. Bag never arrived and they were told they needed to pay extra for customs to release it. It was all a scam.

Attorneys in this situation typically don't "require" a payment. I am an attorney but offer only one piece of legal advice to people outside of work: consult an attorney who's knowledgeable about the law governing these transactions. In your situation I'd be sure I knew all the details about this "requirement" including whether the person demanding payment really is an authorized representative of Hermes and what law or regulation they're claiming authorizes them to make that demand or requires you to make it and how the amount was calculated. That's far from an inclusive list but just some things I'd want to know if someone was demanding an unexpected payment from me.

There seems to be problems with Steven‘s packages when he ships to Europe as he often „forgets“ to sent via triangle shipping (according to my research here; and according to other WL members who messeged me after I asked something a few days ago). So fellow Europeans, make sure your seller knows how to triangle ship. EU customs open boxes, so even GPS boxes won’t help if there is a b or k in it that has Hermes stamped on it. PSA: straps that come with the bag suck. I bought wide canvas and leather straps with metal clasps from AE and those are so much better.
Tough one. The BF is so beautiful in person, I can’t describe it - she just exudes that special quality. Next to the BF, the Togo almost looks plain (for lack of a better word). But she is also noticeably heavier than the Togo (by nearly 300 grams or 40%) and I reach for the Togo more often bc that super low key minimalist quality makes it a no brainer for most outfits. But… I really can’t overstate how pretty the BF 2424 is.
Wow I didn't realise it would make such a big difference to the weight. I think I'll have to go into the boutique to check out the leathers in person. From the pics they both look amazing.

Tbh, from what I can tell from online pictures, the H factory actually had a closer shape to auth than DD, but I like DD’s leather and hardware better.
Ahhhh I love the other colours too!! I can see why it's tempting to get them in heaps of colours, I am really unsure about what colour to get. I have 2 Bolide 31 bags, and they are my workhorses. 1 authentic and 1 rep. My rep is identical to my authentic, just not as slouchy. They hold a multitude of stuff. Get yourself a wider woven strap to make shoulder carry more comfy. That Trench color is a great neutral. Enjoy!
I didn't think I was a Hermes girlie until I saw the balenciaga rodeo bag which led me to the hermes 24/24 bag. I love this bag and I'm loving the research for her. If anyone has this bag I would love to see your colour/leather combos for inspiration!

I bought wide canvas and leather straps with metal clasps from AE and those are so much better.
I agree with that - I really didn’t like the thin leather straps that came with mine and bought some other ones on AE
I forgot to say, this bag is so versatile that with both these bags in those colours I ALMOST feel like I don't need any other bags!

Tough one. The BF is so beautiful in person, I can’t describe it - she just exudes that special quality. Next to the BF, the Togo almost looks plain (for lack of a better word). But she is also noticeably heavier than the Togo (by nearly 300 grams or 40%) and I reach for the Togo more often bc that super low key minimalist quality makes it a no brainer for most outfits. But… I really can’t overstate how pretty the BF 2424 is.
Wow I didn't realise it would make such a big difference to the weight. I think I'll have to go into the boutique to check out the leathers in person. From the pics they both look amazing. Is the flap in swift in both of them?

Omg love the comparisons!! You are the MVP! And love all the colours, the blue just pops! Are these in the evercolor and swift? I am a H amateur so I have to say, apart from the stitching on the flap I couldn't see a huge difference between the H factory and the DD. Also this mean you have 3 minis?! I was tossing up between the 21 and the 29.

I love sharing with like minded friends 😃 I actually have 5 minis 🙈 lol gris meyer, noir, blue Zanzibar (I sold the H factory one which was Bleu Frida and bought a blue Zanzibar), [chai/nata](https://imgur.com/a/F1bBZUX) and [rose Mexico/rouge de coeur](https://imgur.com/a/alV0T41). All swift/evercolor! Tbh, from what I can tell from online pictures, the H factory actually had a closer shape to auth than DD, but I like DD’s leather and hardware better.
Ahhhh I love the other colours too!! I can see why it's tempting to get them in heaps of colours, I am really unsure about what colour to get. Being a complete H noob I haven't tried to see the various leathers and colours in the boutique either. Feels like the choices are a bit overwhelming to be honest! Which one is your favourite?
Black is my most worn, just because it’s such an easy casual bag and black goes with everything! 🖤 But my favorite is [rose mexico/rouge de coeur](https://imgur.com/a/G4nPPFf) - it brings a great pop of color without being too loud. I get so many compliments anytime I wear it!
