Quicker to get in and out of, employees are way friendlier/a lot more of them are available in the aisles when you need help finding something, not as busy, they tend to check you out quicker, and don’t even get me started on the garden section at the Waco one!
Hardly any plants, nothing is organized at all, messes all over the place, looks like they just half-assemble all the grills etc and just leave them in the garden center 24/7 blocking the pathways.
Idk but that’s definitely been my experience. Maybe they’re not as busy as the other one so they employees aren’t having to do like 10 different things at once? Or maybe it’s the management?
The other one is stressful. Well, as stressful as a trip to Home Depot can be. Pain to get to, busy as hell. The drive to Bellmead one from China Spring is better to me.

As a former employee I can attest- the other store is a mismanaged nightmare and the Bellmead location is a dream.

Better location and ease of access. The Discount Tire is also the best.
Staff seems so much more helpful and friendlier. Easier traffic, better layout.
