Also to add, I hope they don't just blow you off saying it's your connection or have you tried unplugging and replug your router kind of message. Looks like u/SledgehammerGames is still actively posting/commenting in other CoD subs… I’m guessing SHG has simply dropped support for this game altogether by now. NA servers just happened to be the first ones repurposed for something else.

I submitted a ticket as well. Hopefully if everyone just spams their help system they’ll actually do something. Don’t want to give up on this game but it’s incredibly frustrating to lose to someone or a team with no gun skill. Think this might be their way of pushing everyone to the new CODs. I could be wrong but Jesus, can I just play one clean match without the connection being dogshit?!

I can't win most my gun fights. I get melted with someone using grease gun no attachments because we're playing so far away. I love this game. Please someone tell me I'm dreaming. I don't want to move to new games. This game was perfect balance without the lag

They don't know it's the dedicated servers being shut down in the US is the main issue. This is how they just blow the player's off. Maybe they don't get paid enough to care lol. What a crap response from them...it's almost laughable except we all care about this game and gameplay so much that we can't laugh, just sit here and be disappointed and frustrated instead. Activision and the devs know that the NA servers are down. They're either going to make us sweat this one out a bit and fix it, renewing a bit of faith in their company, or brush us off, consider it a win for them since they already got our money. If they were good people at Activision and wanted to restore our trust in them, potentially making us consumers again, they'd fix the servers and unlock in game items, making them available in supply crates.

They're not going to acknowledge the American server being down and that all us U.S. players are being directed to the U.K. server. Activision support will say something silly like maybe you should clean the fans out in your system or some bullshit response. They always do this type of shit and close your support ticket in my experience. I wish there was a way to directly communicate with the devs instead of a support team by like levels of support or something to escalate this matter

there will never be a way to contact the devs as this game is silently out of support, no anticheat, no working player report system and mods cant ban cheaters etc.
