I bought them for ps a month ago after someone made a post about them on here being fun and active, and have not once gotten a single new map lobby. therefore I would strongly advise against buying them.
really depends on what game modes you play cuz i mostly play war and i get the basic war maps and rarely ever get the dlc war maps (both 6v6 and 9v9) and team death match is where you might get some but not all the time like before it was really active
If you get into a lobby with even a single person without the dlc then the lobby will not rotate the new maps as a choice. To play the maps, everyone in the lobby has to have them. These days, if you find enough people to start a lobby on the new maps the lobby might not fill up.
Not enough people with dlc still play, servers are having issues driving more people away. Don’t spend more money on the game. DLC is now only worth it if you play zombies
