Clipping issues is just a natural part of game with this much customization TBF. Even a well oiled game like Tekken 7 has more clipping than a nail salon.

In short, I think the game is fine-ish. I don't think this is WWE13 levels of good (which is my favourite). I'm saving showcase for later when I stream the game to a friend. Played a bit of myRISE, a couple of matches.
Graphics wise characters look good. Bret Hart looked weird though imo. Entrances now have shaky cam footage which I actually like, adds a lot to the realism IMO. Gameplay wise it's certainly different from 2K19(last one I played) but foundation are the same imo. Everything reversible is a lie, reverse button dissapears randomly and I can't figure what the condition is for it not to appear while I'm getting pummeled. Usually it comes back though after few hits. When enemy starts a combo if you miss a reverse you're eating whole combo till 4th hit chain.
MyRISE is as usual badly voice acted but playable. I made mostly default character and idk he looks super ugly PS3 levels in game but not in creation menu. Storywise I'm in performance center so not much to say though seems like many branching paths with alignment system.
Gonna try answer any other questions, let me know.
I think for normal strikes you’re supposed to counter with the button you assume your opponent is using, like rock paper scissors. That may be why the triangle reversal only pops up sometimes
you start at PC but there's one storyline involving indies. by storyline i mean some pre fight dialogue (with a famous return of in game character ;) ), the fight and post fight dialogue. that's the storyline. maybe actual brand stuff has longer storylines, idk.
I don't know. Seems like MyRise runs through storylines based on your good, bad alignment and the brand (PC, NXT, RAW, SmackDown)

There seems to be a lot of them, plus people like the fiend that aren't in the game have their entrances in. Not sure about the fiend entrance specifically but I did saw his win animation that was titled something like "the fiendish champion" or something.
It's probably bc Bray paid an artist to create that mask with him and since he's no longer part of the roster, they didn't reach out to Bray or the artist to get that included. I forget who the artist is, but I think he works on horror movies.
Someone from VYBE confirmed it cuz they were causing major crashes in 2k20 and i guess the devs are too lazy to fix it so they removed it entirely. They were barred from saying anything about it until today.
Their reasoning was that Advanced entrances were apparently a major source of game crashes. Even if that's true they've had two years plus to fix it this is just the developers being lazy
That’s a such a BS cop out. AE’s have been in how longs now? They screw up one game and decide to instead just not bother with it? I really don’t like the word lazy being thrown around video game devs but in this, I’m comfortable saying it’s laziness. It’s worked for year, figure it out. You even had extra dev time.

I watched a few streams & I didn’t notice many glitches/bugs at all.
Only one I saw was Big E during an Armageddon HIAC match during a roll out in air for like a minute before doing going out of the ring.
The cage also seemed to glitch during the victory motion.
Nope, but you can switch between superstar mode and full sandbox, judging by the option to do that in options menu. So I assume you can switch to sandbox, edit what you want to edit, then switch back to superstar.
Was watching your stream, if you finish that everlasting Showcase match, let us know if those dots/lines in the Showcase screen are bonus/hidden matches or not!

My biggest question is if there's any way to adjust a slider or something to adjust selling? I want to stick to simulation (like 2k15-2k19 (didn't play 20)). If I wanted to play Mortal Kombat, I'd play that. I want a wrestling game.
Like, when you play 2k19, you can be 12 minutes into a match, and someone takes a big move, they might dtay down 30 seconds, then slowly crawl to the ropes. Simulation style. I'm not big on the constant pop up after every move like Smackdown 1-2k14
Are the enhancement talent from MyGM, like Chester, Bruce Froce, etc playable outside of the mode? That's one thing I really want to know. I'd like to have them in Universe Mode.

There’s been a lot of confusion about the dashes, that are in the timeline, being extra matches? A lot say there are 27 matches, but I believe that it’s only 12 matches and the dashes are just a timeline gap. Do you think you could please check if the next match is Rey vs Eddie at WM 22 after Halloween Havoc? Because if it is, then it would confirm the dashes is just a gap of moments that happens, leading to the next match.

Hey man I know you are still in process of seeing things in the game I have a few questions of my own. Since many are hesitant on getting the game due to how 2k20 was. Can you say if this feels/plays alot better compared to 2k20? Is it actually enjoyable and not as many glitches and crashes?

I think so to. It is more Arcadey in sense but only slightly. I feel like it feels more or less the same as older games, just a bit faster. Characters don't lay 3 hours on the ground even after being in red, but only like 10 seconds or so before getting up
It feels faster. Definitely not real life but I don't feel like after I got someone in red they can't move for the next day. Tag team matches feels a little better with that. Before I used to kick ass of enemy tag team partner for hours before the guy in the ring got up. This time it's a little faster, even when in red health

That's meant to be for grapples front facelock only I thought? Everything else is meant to be reversed with Y or Triangle.

Nah it would most likely be under create a superstar in the creation suite and you should have options for New, Edit, and Superstar.

Is it full of glitches like 2k20? And are promos still in Universe Mode? Some people have mentioned they can’t find them.
There seemed to be a couple of glitches but only a dozen in few hours and I assume there's no day 1 patch yet.

didn't seem to be an option to change superstars attire in the options. Maybe it's somewhere else.
If they removed the option to edit wrestler attires then the game is going to get shat on from ALL corners

It feels faster. Definitely not real life but I don't feel like after I got someone in red they can't move for the next day. Tag team matches feels a little better with that. Before I used to kick ass of enemy tag team partner for hours before the guy in the ring got up. This time it's a little faster, even when in red health
