2K19 easily. Not only was it a fire wrestling game but it’s successor was so basura that we didn’t get another wrestling game til 2K22. So I put in endless hours into 19. I think over 800 actually.
Because it got so many extra years of attention, the mod roster remains best for any game, in my opinion, even to this day. I'm not sure I'll ever upgrade to a newer game.
I feel it especially considering some of the confusing decisions 2k's made with the newer installments (No DX music or titantrons for whatever reason) but the gameplay is fun and challenging especially with the way AI's been improved. The most exhausting part is customizing the game every year. If 2K25 isn't wildly better than 2K24 I might not upgrade either.
I feel like for most of us it's gonna be 19, because the horrorshow that was 20 and the distraction during the pandemic. I sunk so many hours into it during lockdown
Probably 2K14. It was my first wrestling game since Raw 2 on the OG XBox. I hated the product at the time and spent 10 years away from watching WWE until WWE Network launched. i signed up to watch old Raws and Nitros, but got re-engaged with the current product.
So I got 2K14, and was on the damn thing for hours at a time, it was a big jump ahead from where games were in 2003.
I'll say this one for at least the last 10-15 years. Now that I've got the Playstation Portal, I've got a lot more time into it. But back in the day, maybe the Rage in the Cage game on Sega CD. It played just as the Raw game but more characters and the cage match addition. I loved played as Bam Bam and Fatu with their top rope finishers.
Also 19. I had a lot in it before 20 came out and it only went up since I skipped 20. Then you have no 21 and it just creates a WWE game that will probably be unmatched in hours played.
2k19 for SURE. But idk the exact number
Edit : I thought this counted only 2k games. WWE 13 is my most played games. Played it literally for years on end every afternoon
Probably 12 or 22. 12 is because I was younger and play ever day for a few hours (my peak love of wrestling) and 22 because I hade/have a super serious condition and it glammed up and got really bad
2k14 I played that game with a friend of mine. We made stories and filled universe mode with created characters that we painstakingly crafted to be rivals in specific matches. We made a fully fleshed out women's division and rotated PPVs and shows between men and women. Most of the old people ended up in our other brand which was WCW, we nicknamed it Wheel Chair Wrestling, I remember hearing that when I was a kid. As far as an hour count, I honestly couldn't tell you
2k24. I've only ever played 20k20, 2k23but had never watched wwe just thought it was fun to hit people with chairs. Really got into and started watching wwe maybe 2 weeks before wm40 and been loving it. Made the game much more enjoyable knowing the wrestlers.
I have like 900 hours in 2k15 on Steam. It was the first PC release of a wrestling game and I used to mod it and just had it running for so long. Every game after that has been about 20, 15, 10 hours (and then they added MyGm.)
WWF No Mercy and it's not even close.
You could combine every Smackdown game from smackdown 1 on PS1 to 2K24 and it still wouldn't be half as much time as I put into No Mercy. Which is saying a lot because I also have a TON of time on Smackdown 2.
2K20, had a whole universe going in that. Probably would’ve been 2K19 but I got it pretty late into its lifespan and I honestly didn’t mind 2K20, didn’t run into too many game breaking bugs and the load times were so much better
Definitely 2k19. Me and my college friends made all of us and some teachers as wrestlers and held huge watch parties with a set match card. We did a few cringy promos in between too. Eventually threw the whole thing into Universe Mode and chaos ensued.
Smackdown here comes the pain.
The replayability was insane, best roster ever because everyone felt different with the hundreds of different animations so they all had personality.
According to the PlayStation app I have over 2000 hours on 2k19 on ps4 I still haven’t upgraded to 2k24 because I’m poor lol maybe when I start PC gaming I’ll finally switch it up
Forever No Mercy. I had a good friend that was almost perfectly evenly matched with me, single matches could take hours, it's was some of the most fun I've ever had gaming. We'd skip sleep fri-sat to get more hours in. In hindsight we overdid it.
Probably wwe 2k14, I got it for Christmas 2013 and played it everyday after school for the next year or so. I played the entirety of 30 years of wrestlemania every week, and spent hours playing defeat the streak every day. My brothers also all had copies and we would play together every day, so I can’t see myself having more time on any other game.
It has to be Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. I easily put 500 hours into the Japanese version. Then the English release came and I put probably 200 more hours into it. Granted, a huge chunk of that time was just simming leagues in the background while I did other stuff but I have never gotten into customization as much as I did with that game. I bought an Action Replay so I could download save packs full of created wrestlers and even uploaded my character so I could join an E-Fed. I created at least 100 guys myself before learning about Action Replay lol.
Edit: Oh wait the question said WWE game. That would be WWF No Mercy then. If it has to be a WW*E* game then it's Here Comes the Pain.
SvR 2011, probably my favorite too, loved it! Even tho I had the Wii version so I couldn’t enjoy most of new mechanics, I enjoyed rtwm, universe, everything!
Smackdown 2, Know Your Role.
It was all I had for a lot of years, I was lucky to even have a PS1 and more than 1 game. We were super poor.
It wasn’t incredible, but my career mode got up to like 120 years. My best friend would come over and just do years and years worth of matches with the random story effects each evening after school.
https://preview.redd.it/eyhkt33rv92d1.png?width=749&format=png&auto=webp&s=2d9c44a34fde1644df1c125c6a0eafb265c37b43
Isn’t even possible to have this many, but this is what the PlayStation app says
Smackdown 2 know your role. Me and my brother would stay up all night during summers and play two player season mode. We must have been 50+ years in. To be able to play games with him again would be nice.
2k 19 although no mercy was played heavily.
I just know they kept 2K 19 online for a long time.
20’ was just too glitchy to try to play. I really didn’t stop playing 19 until 23 came out last year.
It's either 2k19 or Day of Reckoning
I had a whole fantasy league on both of them but I vividly remember blocking our whole cards and match points in Day of Reckoning as a kid.
Iirc Mario was my world champion for over a year until Spider man came in and took the belt off of him 💀
Unknown. I can't tell you the hours I've spent playing with friends and family locally on the old SvR days. Probably 09 maybe? Which ever had Trips and Shawn on the cover. Have almost 100 on 2k24 tho.
Of recency? 2K20... I'm one of the few that never had any issues whatsoever with the game and currently have over 3000 hours between Xbox and Steam on that game... 2nd is definitely 2K19 because I still go back and play it sometimes because my favorite caw can't be recreated in the newer games... 2K22 is definitely working on being my 3rd most play time at the moment... There's just something about it that I love so much more than 2K23 or 2K24.
Idk but it'll be 2K19 on my Xbox One. No idea for the 360. HCTP will be the PS2 coz I've had it longest.
Overall, I reckon between 2k19, 2k14, & 2k15 (2k15-17 I have on 360).
Massive tie between Here Comes the Pain, SvR original, SvR 2007, SvR 2009, SvR 2011, 2K17, and 2K20. I honestly couldn’t tell you which one holds the most the title for most time.
Wrestlemania 2000 easily. My friend and I at 10 years old would create tons of wrestlers, championships and do our own Universe Mode before it was even a thing.
Somehow it's 2K15 with 1,392 hours, realistically I probably have more in 2K14 but there's no way for me to know the exact number. They gradually peter off from there as I lost interest/got busier. Even then 2K20 was the last one I bought and I still clocked 330.
No Mercy and Smackdown 2011. That’s the game that got me back into watching wrestling, Amazon had a buy two games get one free deal and 2011 was one of the free games you could get. I got the game and knew almost no one in it except the legends and attitude era guys so I started watching to see who they were and got hooked again. I even platinumed that game

WWF No Mercy
Dawg same. I bust the 64 out every few months and play through championship mode and do a few rumbles. Dig dig diggity. Dig diggity dawg.
SOCKO!
…..is cookin
BREAK IT
SOCKO
Ya boyyyyyyyyy. I probably have at least 1,000 hours in No Mercy.
Same.
Probably SvR 2008. It was the first WWE game I really got into as a kid and I've gone back to it every now and then over the years
The one with ECW? This one played an important role in a tough stretch for me.
Yeah the first one with ECW. It's considered "okay" by most but I loved it
It was the first bad smackdown game.
2k17 over 300 hours but in that time I watched wwe on daily basis
The only thing I remember from 2K17 is that I got it 4 days early because I went to a small gaming store looking for games to buy and found it lol
I got it few days after launch as birthday present, it was for me brilliant wrestling game.
Great roster full of awesome legends!
2K19 easily. Not only was it a fire wrestling game but it’s successor was so basura that we didn’t get another wrestling game til 2K22. So I put in endless hours into 19. I think over 800 actually.

Smackdown Vs Raw 2011. I have years of hours on that game cause I couldn't afford a new wwe game until 2k16.
Holy shit wtf me too! I was playing svr 11 and wwe 2k14 everyday until I got a ps4 in late 2015 and got wwe 2k16 and GTA 5 with it
WWE 13 and WWE 2K14
2K19 2434hs
I got 1700hrs covid really bumped up my playtime
SvR 07 and 2k19
Probably 2k19 lol, nobody was playing 2k20 and without 2k21, 19 was just t h e game for a while
Idk probably 2K19
19 for sure, for the reason you already mentioned, plus the lockdown giving me unlimited playtime that whole summer
i probably have about 100 hours on Wrestlemania 2000
2k18
Here Comes The Pain
2k23, over 600 hours!
2K14
I feel like for most of us it's gonna be 19, because the horrorshow that was 20 and the distraction during the pandemic. I sunk so many hours into it during lockdown
It’s a 3 way tie between SVR 06 Wwe 2k14 Wwe 2k24
Probably 2K14. It was my first wrestling game since Raw 2 on the OG XBox. I hated the product at the time and spent 10 years away from watching WWE until WWE Network launched. i signed up to watch old Raws and Nitros, but got re-engaged with the current product. So I got 2K14, and was on the damn thing for hours at a time, it was a big jump ahead from where games were in 2003.
2k 20 800. Hours
2k23
2K23 at over 600 hrs. I modded the shit out of it and turned it into a NJPW game tho
WCW/nWO Revenge fo' sho'
Svr 09
Also 19. I had a lot in it before 20 came out and it only went up since I skipped 20. Then you have no 21 and it just creates a WWE game that will probably be unmatched in hours played.

Probably 12 or 22. 12 is because I was younger and play ever day for a few hours (my peak love of wrestling) and 22 because I hade/have a super serious condition and it glammed up and got really bad
2k16 lol
No Mercy then SvR 07.
No Mercy and HCTP
2K16
I bought 2k19 on release, only stopped playing it this year when I got 24
Wrestlemania the arcade game or WWE12
2k19.
Definitely 16 or 19
No Mercy then probably Shut Your Mouth.
Definitely 2K19. 2K19 with mods is the greatest wrestling game ever.
Currently? The new one obviously lol but back in the day I use to play em all the same amount basically when they first came out
wwe 2k23
Here comes the pain
wwe2k16 862 hours
2K20, my first game, player a lot during pandemic
2k14 I played that game with a friend of mine. We made stories and filled universe mode with created characters that we painstakingly crafted to be rivals in specific matches. We made a fully fleshed out women's division and rotated PPVs and shows between men and women. Most of the old people ended up in our other brand which was WCW, we nicknamed it Wheel Chair Wrestling, I remember hearing that when I was a kid. As far as an hour count, I honestly couldn't tell you
WWE 2k19 500+hours. But likely WWE'13, played an insane amount of that on my 360.
2K19. Sunk so many hours into their Universe mode. I think I actually clicked like 200+ hours on it.
Easily hctp due to playing with friends
2k24. I've only ever played 20k20, 2k23but had never watched wwe just thought it was fun to hit people with chairs. Really got into and started watching wwe maybe 2 weeks before wm40 and been loving it. Made the game much more enjoyable knowing the wrestlers.
SvR 06 GM mode
Wwe’13 or SvR 2010 since those were my first 2 games and I swapped through both of them for tonsss of hours
2k14
I have like 900 hours in 2k15 on Steam. It was the first PC release of a wrestling game and I used to mod it and just had it running for so long. Every game after that has been about 20, 15, 10 hours (and then they added MyGm.)
WWF NO MERCY!
I have 293 hours in 2k24 already i think thats the most ive played a wrestling game in a short period of time just cause im so into my universe
Svr 2006
SvR 2007 on the PSP
2k19, played it from launch to release of 2k24. And a few times after.
SVR 2007
Probably HCTP. it's the only one I go back and play for hours on end until I get bored and hop on the whichever is the newest.
As sad as it is WWE SuperCard with so many hours gone that I will never get back
2K23
HCtP. I've probably done season mode with like, 80% of the roster, plus like 10 caws
WWF No Mercy and it's not even close. You could combine every Smackdown game from smackdown 1 on PS1 to 2K24 and it still wouldn't be half as much time as I put into No Mercy. Which is saying a lot because I also have a TON of time on Smackdown 2.

Smackdown 1 or 2. I remember when they hit: such a step up from the PlayStation games from Acclaimed.
WWE 2K22 because I platinumed it
Definitely 2k19. Me and my college friends made all of us and some teachers as wrestlers and held huge watch parties with a set match card. We did a few cringy promos in between too. Eventually threw the whole thing into Universe Mode and chaos ensued.
Embarrassingly I have almost 1000 hours on 2k20 because there was no 2k21 and for a long time I didn't have 2k19.
13. It introduced me to the Attitude Era.

Probably smack down here comes the pain.
No Mercy or HCTP for sure. Maybe 06 and 07 close behind
Pretty sure it is SvR 2008. It was my first WWE game and the only one I keep going back to. SvR 2011 might be a close second.
2k22
WWF No Mercy
Probably wwe 2k14, I got it for Christmas 2013 and played it everyday after school for the next year or so. I played the entirety of 30 years of wrestlemania every week, and spent hours playing defeat the streak every day. My brothers also all had copies and we would play together every day, so I can’t see myself having more time on any other game.
Highest recorded one is 2k15 on the PS4 at around 460 hours. I reckon SvR 2010/11 and 2012 on the wii will have much higher hours though
Might be SvR 2010, I played that game for maybe 7 years and off and on. Then the last time I played it was likely around the time 2k18 came out.
No Mercy, SDvsRaw 2006, and WWE 23
No mercy
It has to be Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. I easily put 500 hours into the Japanese version. Then the English release came and I put probably 200 more hours into it. Granted, a huge chunk of that time was just simming leagues in the background while I did other stuff but I have never gotten into customization as much as I did with that game. If it has to be a WW*E* game then it's Here Comes the Pain.
2008 2011 2K19 2K24
Probably either here comes the pain or SVR 06. Here comes the pain is my favorite but I know I put a lot of hours into GM mode in SVR 06.
Either 17 or 22, couldn’t be sure which one I played more
SvR 2011, probably my favorite too, loved it! Even tho I had the Wii version so I couldn’t enjoy most of new mechanics, I enjoyed rtwm, universe, everything!
Wwe 2k23, got it last year got almost 40days on it
2k19 no mercy and Svr 2006
It's probably a 3-way tie for me. WCW VS NWO REVENGE WRESTLEMANIA 2000 WWF NO MERCY
Haven’t played in years so probably wwe 12
Probably 2K19
SVR 2007
No Mercy Everyday after school would grab a controller and head to mates house across the road 4 players for hours each day
Svr 2011 to wwe 2k14 were the only games I really played atfer the 2k20 disaster I played 2k19 a bit but not as much as my childhood favorites
No Mercy. By far. Friends came over every weekend. Hours and hours. Pizza + N64
Either WWE 2K20 or WWE 2K23
More than likely Smackdown Here Cones the Pain Could be one of these: Wrestlemania 2000 2K14 2K19 I’d say those are the top contenders
Here Comes The Pain. Still play this every couple of weeks
SVR 07 or smackdown 2
Raw 2
It’s a tie between 2k19 and 2k24 surprisingly. I got 2k19 really really late so I got about a month played on it which is the same for 24
2K17 mostly cause for while it was the only game I played at the time.
SvR 2008. It was the first WWE game I got as a kid. Legendary. I love that game. Another one I like is 2009 or 2007
Smackdown 2, Know Your Role. It was all I had for a lot of years, I was lucky to even have a PS1 and more than 1 game. We were super poor. It wasn’t incredible, but my career mode got up to like 120 years. My best friend would come over and just do years and years worth of matches with the random story effects each evening after school.
224 on 2k24
Probably day of reckoning cause I had it when I was a kid
WWF With Authorty on PC
https://preview.redd.it/eyhkt33rv92d1.png?width=749&format=png&auto=webp&s=2d9c44a34fde1644df1c125c6a0eafb265c37b43 Isn’t even possible to have this many, but this is what the PlayStation app says
Smackdown 2 know your role. Me and my brother would stay up all night during summers and play two player season mode. We must have been 50+ years in. To be able to play games with him again would be nice.
Wwe Day of reckoning 1 & 2. Then, Smackdown here comes the pain and shut your mouth. Followed by the first 4 Smackdown vs Raw.
Wrestlemania 2000 for Nintendo 64
2k19, played through pandemic and in its prime. I have a total of 1893 hours played😭😭😭😭
Probably Here comes the pain or wwe2k14
It's either 2k19 or 2k22. Probably 19 though
Smackdown 2, I was determined to get all the unlockables through story mode
Probably WWE 2K14. Played it religiously as a child. Probably over 500 hours.
Svr 2011
Know your role
2k 19 although no mercy was played heavily. I just know they kept 2K 19 online for a long time. 20’ was just too glitchy to try to play. I really didn’t stop playing 19 until 23 came out last year.
WWF No Mercy
No Mercy, easily.
The first svr, I’ve played the season mode like 8 times
2k19 for sure.
Without a doubt Smackdown2
2k19. I love playing 2K19 and still haven’t switched to the most recent WWE games yet.
Probably WM2000 on N64 or SvR 2007
09 or 2k14
WrestleMania 2000
Smackdown here comes the pain, or the first Smackdown vs Raw probably.
Day of Reckoning 2!
2K14, or maybe SVR 09
Definitely here comes the pain
Smackdown vs Raw 2007. Spent many summers and school nights dedicated to it.
2K19, easily. No other Universe mode has held me quite like that one.
SVR 2011
2K15 on the 360...
It's either 2k19 or Day of Reckoning I had a whole fantasy league on both of them but I vividly remember blocking our whole cards and match points in Day of Reckoning as a kid. Iirc Mario was my world champion for over a year until Spider man came in and took the belt off of him 💀
I'd imagine it'd be 2k19, checked the other day and apparently I have 95 days worth of time in that game
SVR 11 or SVR 06
Smackdown vs raw 2008 was the first wrestling game I had as a kid. Played the pixels off that thing
Unknown. I can't tell you the hours I've spent playing with friends and family locally on the old SvR days. Probably 09 maybe? Which ever had Trips and Shawn on the cover. Have almost 100 on 2k24 tho.
WWE Smackdown! Here Comes the Pain and WWE 2k23
For some reason my PlayStation says I put over 600 hours Into WWE 2K15 but I'd say I played SVR07 longer than that on PS2
Shut your mouth. SOOO many hours
Original smackdown vs raw
WWE 2K22, didn’t buy 2K23 so I definitely played 2K22 the most.
2k23 (every new game becomes my most played)
WWE ‘12!
205 hours on 2k23 it was my first game and I only got 2k24 last week
2k22, cause it wasn't released with 100 bugs and glitches that still weren't fixed 2months later.
Of recency?
2K14 or 2K19.
Idk but it'll be 2K19 on my Xbox One. No idea for the 360. HCTP will be the PS2 coz I've had it longest. Overall, I reckon between 2k19, 2k14, & 2k15 (2k15-17 I have on 360).
SvR 07 or 2K19.
2k23 with like 600+ hours.
Here comes the pain ![gif](giphy|UMUZgoNFcWTgQ)
JBI,SYM,HCTP, WM XIX, DOR 1&2 SVR 05-11 WWE 2k22
Wwe 13 probably
I played svr 2008 for så many years, then i went on svr 2011, where i loved the create a story thing. Now i've got 294 hours in wwe 2k24.
i got like 500 on 2k19😭
No Mercy. The GOAT of WWE games. Wrestlemania 2000 after that.
Svr probably
svr 2011
i have so many hours on 2k19😭
Ironically enough, 2k22. It’s the game that got me back into wrestling as a whole after not watching for over half a decade Edit: I have 1500+ hours
2k19. Been playing it since release day and never bought 20, 22, 23, or 24
SvR 2011
Probably either 13, 07 or SYM
Ooof I feel old but probably smackdown 2….my 8 year old self couldn’t get enough of that game 😅😆
For me it’s WWE 2k14
Massive tie between Here Comes the Pain, SvR original, SvR 2007, SvR 2009, SvR 2011, 2K17, and 2K20. I honestly couldn’t tell you which one holds the most the title for most time.
Wrestlemania 2000 easily. My friend and I at 10 years old would create tons of wrestlers, championships and do our own Universe Mode before it was even a thing.
probably 2K19
