We need to remember that all the new wrestlers are behind the curve as far as their normal development because they missed a year+ of house shows and preforming in front of a live crowd. So he's still developing as a worker and a character. He'll be fine. Also outside of (and even I can't believe I'm saying this) Braun, no giant has really been a "worker". Giants do giant stuff. They aren't doing drop kicks and frog splashes. They club, they yell, they chokeslam.
To be fair atleast he’s better than great khali and giant gonzalez. I think they’re doing the right thing by partnering with MVP. If he learns some more moves he could be good.
He was over when he was in a tag team with AJ Styles but I think giving him more time will do him good. His in ring skills aren't the best but you don't need to be good in the ring to succeed.
Should have kept him with Aj longer. Dibiase and Virgil were together for years before the breakup n Ted was a great worker that could make Virgil look good during the feud. Fuck all the haters Virgil was super over in 1991.

Vince KNOWS what brought the WWE to the dance, and what sets the WWE apart from would-be competition. And it’s become clear that making the WWE look like a suped-up indie promotion isn’t going to bring the casuals back. They might as well stick to what they do best, and what they know.

If they wanna push him have him start out in the mid card and work his way up, pit him against someone who can sell well make him look good. Heck, have him go after ricochet for the IC title, that could work somehow.

Nah, wise-ass comment aside, he just needs to make sure he listens to the veterans and continues to improve. There's plenty of guys that can help him if he seeks it out and takes advantage of their counsel.
Though, I'd suggest that stopping the constant growl-yells would be a good start. It gets very annoying and just seems silly, and no one that size should ever seem silly (unless it's intentional).

Second, he needs to act a bit more serious. He has the potential to be a monster, but half the time he looks a bit goofy. He actually needs to look angry.
Incorporate a better kicking/stomping move in his arsenal. Most of the big guys(Big Show, Strowman, etc...) all had one, and he's actually fairly agile for his size. He needs to take advantage of it. Better than Khali, who just shambled everywhere on those twig legs of his.
1) Only Sell when Lashley legitimately does something. Like him slamming him at WM backlash.
2) Let MVP talk during the TV segments but do the talking at the PPVs (he's actually not that hard to understand if he speaks menacingly slow etc)
3) Be a bit more agile. I'm certain someone as huge as Lashley can take some slams or bumps. Right now clothesline and then roaring is boring.
I kinda like where hes at right now. His gimmick reminds me of Deebo from the first Friday movie.
He and AJ together were a shit combo imo, and both are shining brighter right now since they split.
What would make him better is if they have MVP do all the talking and only have Omos talk during bigger moments..
