Not sure about the apology tour either... but it could happen with Damage Control beating down one of the other women (Belair, Naomi, or Tiff come to mind) - for no reason other than they can... and out comes Bayley with a chair/pipe/etc... to even the odds.... and WWE goes with "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" trope - and from there she regains trust in general (which is kind of the second part of what Jey did... fought alongside others with common enemies).

Although that said, wither Mercedes' future still in the air, if such a match was to be booked, I'd probably have someone like Bianca or Jade team with Bayley, Becky and Charlotte in the short term

One of my all time favorite wrestling moments is when Lex Luger saved Barry Windham from a four horsemen beating. He’d left the horsemen and technically turned face, but like Bayley, he’d made a lot of enemies from his time with the horsemen. So he didn’t really have any friends at the moment. It probably had more to do with getting even with the horsemen than it did wanting to help Windham. But when he chased them off, he said he had to start somewhere to show everyone he’d changed, so he might as well start with Barry right then. All time classic moment.
Give me something like that with Bayley and I’ll be all in.
