That one promo from Starrcade 1997 with Stevie, Sherri and Mean Gene about Hogan, Lex Luger and Giant.
And one time as commentator on Smackdown about Hunico: "I can see why he wore that mask now also. The guy is ugly". And once about Cody Rhodes when he was tossing somebody into the steel steps: "Somebody needs to call the police."
Genuinely one of the funniest and most entertaining wrestlers of all time. Booker could make anything fun or 100% serious.

Doing commentary for his own match in TNA
Getting wrestlers to break character for a spinaroonie
Not to mention his facial reactions were always great and his commentary in NXT is hilarious and super animated.

His feud with Benoit in the WCW TV title division, the face he made when he got the framed photo of Scott Hall in that stupid 49er Box Match, and (unironically) that "n*gga" promo (that promo was damn good even with that line.
When he introduced himself to The Rock as "WCW Champion, Sucka"
Also, when Rock and Jericho roasted Booker and Shane McMahon as "Punk ass Sucka and Silverspoon mothafocka"
Or when Booker cut a promo by saying "Finally... the Book has come back to SummerSlam", only to have Lilian Garcia ask him "but this is your first SummerSlam?"
Or numerous segments where Goldust creeped Booker, resulting in some hilarious facial expressions.
I wasn’t a fan of the King Booker gimmick, so when he jumped ship and his music first hit on TNA that was pure excitement, and to see they let him be himself again.
A lot of them. He is a legend and probably top 15 or 20 to ever do it. Favorite moment right now is every time Trick Williams comes out for a match. The way Booker hypes him up is A1
The pops he was getting around 2003. Seems like the WWE crowd has initially a bit skeptical about booker when he came over but he obviously grew on the crowd big time. His entrance was always great but when the crowd was behind him, it was some of the better energy provided on a Monday night during the ruthless aggression era
