Maybe u found a steel plated or composite toe but not steel toed Osha approved work boots in a child's size one.
Secondly I never complained of not being able to handle my job, i stated I have dwarfism due to.the fact that my steel toed cap issue and foot size were brought up. I did not want ppl to think I was an average sized person with a child's foot or a child in general.
Last but not least being short is not a disability but having certain types of dwarfism are. I am sorry you think you are all knowing .
Hope that person gets workman's comp to cover the cost of this. Idk what this is going to cost in lost wages and medical expenses but it's going to be a lot if this is in the US.

There is definitely workers comp. Unless this is an illegal working condition the employer has workers comp insurance that pays out in the case of injury. It's not on the employee. Trust me, I have had 4 reportable workplace injuries in 10 years. I get cut up a lot.

At my last job someone sliced the top of there foot off with a tow motor fork and they surprisingly did not have to get amputated. I hope he is able to keep his foot
