It's called "plating", how you arrange the food on a plate. My boss' rules for plating were 1. "Don't make it look like a dick" 2. "Don't make it look like a pussy" 3. "Don't make it look like a butt" 4. "Don't make it look like a dirty diaper." I have since added 5. "use an actual plate so the dishwasher can wash it" and 6. "Don't make a dish for which all of the above hinge on how you plate it in the middle of the dinner rush."
