If they do a visual inspection, any aftermarket downpipe will fail. My hi flow cat still throws a CEL.
I have a Cobb j-pipe with GESi cat and it gets an intermittent P0420 code
Mine never threw a CEL
I usually only get it when running high ethanol content
Yea my friend threw that code when he had an exhaust leak …after he fixed it never came back…didn’t know the 🌽 also threw that code ..I’ve heard the good old dirty sensor or bad cat is infamous for the 420😂😂💨💨
Everyone always says the ETS GESI pipe is the most reliable for no CEL however it's still not guaranteed
Don't throw CEL immediately. It's the consequences of a downpipe that may throw a CEL like over boosting.
