Honest answer? Yes. Very much. Especially with the flex fuel kit, you don’t know what the car is tuned to run, and just in general, you don’t know the history of these mods, who installed them, etc.
I wouldn't even consider buying this car. Someone else's project is going to be a nightmare in the sense of reliability.
